The HelpDesk ( can't pronounce most of their names except maybe Yana [2 syllable] ) helped me greatly on the journey to use the DSM tool. No tool is perfect but this is great as far as efficiency is concerned for bulk listing on ebay. Used to take days\weeks to do 1000 listings but now it's a matter of hours ( with the key filter checks automated by DSM ). Sales is still dependent on you but the process of listing is much, much more simplified and automated. Even the ordering process and add tracking number is semi-automatic with very helpful auto-paste features for the data required. Done with the tedious copy and paste method of old. Will stop here for today, hopefully a month later, i have more good things to say. Cheers!

Easy and Fast Communication. I did not faced any major problems here. Just some minor problems which was solved by their customer support.

I registered for dsmtool.com this morning. During the day I had a business policy issue in getting dsmtool importing products from aliexpress.com. dsmtool technician advised me to contact ebay.com. I did and ebay was able to give me seller hub. After I got seller hub and I initialized the shipping, payment and return policies correctly and re-established connection to ebay.com with dsmtool.com. Then, I was able to import a product listing successfully from aliexpress.com into dsmtool.com and then push that listing to ebay.com successfully. Thank you to all of the dsmtool.com technicians that helped me with advisory chat and dsmtool.com tutorial links which where very clear and articulate so I knew what to do. I appreciate you all!
