Absolute joke of a company, do not use the lie to you.
I had a terrible experience with DSGPay. They charge $0.50 on every deposit, which isn’t clearly disclosed. After depositing $40, my balance was mysteriously reduced to $31.50.
When I tried to transfer my funds, my ledger balance showed only $18—where did the missing $13.50 go? No explanation. Then, when I attempted to withdraw the remaining $18, they deducted my balance, marked the transfer as “successful,” but I never received my money!
This platform feels like a complete scam. Hidden fees, unexplained deductions, and missing funds—stay far away!
So my dealership where I was buying a car used DSG to secure me finance, I received a great service. My calls were answered immediately and I was kept informed at all stages of what was hapoening with the lender. Fantastic customer service
Pathetic service and a series of unenthusiastic executives led to strain full dealing with this company. No one knows the policies nor do they know what kind of documents are required. Multiple e-mails requesting guarantor with different sets of documents for the same application, one superseding the other with no definite clarity. Made 10s of calls today and each time was told will get a call back but that never happened and had to call again and again!!! Finally decided to cancel the application and the executive on the call was not even bothered to help or show even a bit of concern, whats supposed to be a 2 hour job turned into a nightmare of phone call and holding the line. Absolutely unprofessional!!!!!!
I’m waiting for my car finance for about 2 weeks' response. They are quite slow no body reaches them. AVOID company!!!
I would give 0 if I could. Citroen Birmingham advertising Citroen Amis, they say they dont finance quadricycles DSG finance, and these vehicles on the dealership site. I think the problem is they do not know what is a difference between a car &quadricycles. Furthermore they do not contact customers with the delay, and they made my life a living hell. As the dealership provided me the license plate, finance ok, driving license ok, estimated delivery time. Car is nowhere. Still reserved with my name, so the only way I can have it to pay it out in full, so finally they can release the car to me I have been waiting for 2 weeks now. A BIG NO NO COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
This company ask you so many unrelavant information and at last , they reject your calim , I am pretty sure they pass your details to another company , they will call you and offer finance in higher intrest rate, Watch out for this DSG Finance group , its very very suspicious
