The product arrives timely and it’s a very good product , it’s seems to work , with gradual eye site improvement.

Update 01/16/2025: This review is for Lumify only. Well its been over a year and I have to admit I was wrong. After purchasing their eyedropper that reduces the waste, I have saved purchasing more bottles and the smaller amount is still as effective. As long as you really understand what you are buying and READ what they are sending, you really wont or it least shouldn't notice any difference using the smaller amount of the product and in the long run end up paying much less. I am glad I purchased this item.

I felt like I was scammed. Partially my fault for not understanding and re- reading. But simply put they charge an enormous amount for the same bottle you can purchase for as little as 18.00. They just add an eye dropper so you don’t use as much. If that indeed increases the life by 5 months is yet to be established.
They price the product at 69.99 for a standard large bottle you can buy as low as 14.98 on sale. I got 50pct off thinking I was getting a 6 month supply. So I stupidly bought 2. Not the case you get one bottle and a dropper to put out less product.

My review is based on the product I purchased, and not your company. I purchased the HyClear daily eyelid health management spray. I had used it in the past, per my optometrist's recommendation. This bottle burns my eyes, so much so that I have to rinse with water. So I've discontinued use. As far as delivery, and order processing etc., I have no complaints;)

Easy to order and communicate with company

Not much to say. I ordered on line and received it in a timely manner.

I have been trying to order dry eye rescue, and every time I order it, the order goes through, and then I get an email saying that the order is canceled. It doesn’t explain that the reason why it’s canceled it because you’re out of stock, and it doesn’t give a possibility of just placing an order that will be filled once you have stock again. That is annoying.

I have noticed that my dry eyes are less irritated and the use of eye drops has greatly diminished. What I am experiencing now is far better than before, and has improved my quality of life.
I have been using the supplements for two weeks.

Easy to order products with lots of choices

I liked the fact that when I called I was listened to by customer service and the problem was resolved promptly. However, I am not happy with directions for how to use the Tranquil Eye mask.The directions say to heat the pucks for 90 seconds and yet heating them to only 75 seconds inflated the green pebbles where I needed to keep pushing the mesh bag where they were contained down. It also says nothing about watching to make sure the pucks stay submerged, which can actually cook the puck if it floats to the top. Anyway, a rather frustrating start.

Dry Eye does help with dry eye. It doesn't work immediately but keep using it and you will notice a big difference. Was out of it for a while and my eyes started to water again. After getting some more, it went away. Now I have been getting it automatically. This was originally recommended by my eye doctor. Yes, I am a real user.
