Terrible service
We ordered a pair of swim pants for our son… something went wrong with the delivery so we could not collect it. When contacting the Dry & cool customer service they very surprisingly told us that it is not their problem!!!! We bought and paid it on their webshop and expected a friendly reply… instead they threatened with not delivering the swim pants at all and send the money back instead!? I have to say I’m quite shocked by the unfriendliness and lack of service from this company!
Thank you for you answer… unfortunately in the same tone and as aggressive as last encounter! We have received the swim pants now ( they are very nice) after several calls to the courier, that was very helpful… they had received the wrong number from you! So instead of attacking your customers… maybe help them instead when you make a mistake!

Fortunately, it is rare that we encounter very rude customers who write in a demanding and unfriendly manner, showing no understanding or fairness. Unfortunately, this was the case here, which is why the customer is being refunded the full amount, including shipping.
Great that you got the package and are happy with the pants.
