I love my compression socks, they’re so cute! I loved them so much I’m getting a second pair and one for my partner! Very comfortable and perfect for travelling. Customer service is excellent, very responsive and accommodating.

Quality products that actually work and a great range also. Excellent service from this family based company. Highly recommend.

Bought 2 pairs of compression socks and followed the online sizing. Unfortunately the size was a little off, and they did not fit. I emailed and was told someone will contact me. It took a few days which I can understand, as it is run by a small business. The person I spoke with said that there are no exchange on compression stockings due to hygiene standards. They were kind enough to offer a refund and they let me keep the stockings. It did take a little while for the refund to get through, but I did get it in the end. I appreciated the kind gesture of good will, and the process in the end. Thank you for understanding and valuing a customer and their concerns.

I check the size I needed which was wide calf medium. I was disappointed that they where so tight around my calf the left a deep red mark. Seeing that I can't return them was a disappointed that I wasted my money, clad I didn't purchase the 4 pack.

They take days to respond. States on their website they will issue you a refund no questions asked, and when I told them that the compression socks are to tight on my calves (I ordered wide fit) they told me because they’ve been worn they cannot be returned but stated out of the goodness of their heart they will either give a refund and keep the socks or get a store credit. I informed them I wanted the refund and they ignored me since. I have sent follow up emails and no response. A dodgy company really, and one that isn’t Australian owned! (They lied).

By the way, My order number is #303433. You have deliberately been ignoring my emails still to this day and it’s been over 2 weeks now

EDIT*** this company have only ever responded once asking if I wanted a refund or store credit. Once I told them I wanted a refund they have ignored my Facebook messages and emails since. Even posting this review on trustpilot I still have not heard from them. They have still not resolved the issue and are lying on a public platform

After trying many brands of compression socks. Woof socks are by far the most comfortable and consistent uniform pressure over the whole lower leg. They leave no pressure marks anywhere and I forget I’m wearing them. My legs are no longer aching at the end of the day.

Sizing for scrub tops and bottoms is grossly inaccurate. Items say the cannot be returned as well. Buyer beware.

I ordered the size according to the guide and my husband and I wore them on a long haul flight. We didn’t check our legs until we arrived and saw that the elastic at the top of the leg had cut deep grooves into our legs. Neither of us have large calves or fat legs. I wore my husband’s size on the way home and after 4 hours flying I had deep grooves again so folded the top part down to my ankles. I was happy with the other parts of the sock but the elastic at the top is too tight.

I had never worn compression stockings before and at the end of the day my legs were sore and swollen. I drive trucks for a living so sit for 12.5hrs a day. I did a bit of a google search and got stuck on this website as I loved the designs and that they were medical apparel and 100% Aussie owned. I have to say WOW! The quality is excellent, the service was quick, rcvd within a week. The quality is great and they really work! I am online ordering my second pair as we speak. Do yourself a favour and try them!

Terrible communication. I wanted to try this brand since my work requires scrubs and i was truly excited, but I requested a size exchange they just don't answer emails. I've been ignored for days on end and now i just want a refund instead of an exchange and they won't reply to my emails. Totally got scammed out of my money for a horrible experience and product I can't wear. I really hoped for a great experience but they lost a customer.

Had to repost with order number since nobody wanted to get back to me about that despite personally asking for the order number and saying they'd get on it promptly.

After all the reviews I read I then decided to purchase a pair of compression socks for an upcoming long flight, however they are very long making the band sit above the knee, which is very uncomfortable, also they say there is a 90 day money back guarantee if not happy ,but that doesn’t apply to the socks!???
Slightly expensive and I am a little disappointed.

I am very happy with my socks, although I have only worn them once. I had to chase up my order as the tracking app was not giving me any info after 10 days. The service and attention I received from customer service was exceptional! My order was delivered the following day.
I would highly recommend.

These socks are absolutely amazing, I'm in Aus and the delivery was fast within a week. The quality of these are high quality. I had to get the wide woman's and I think they are super comfy. Ill also like to thank Mari in customer service for her help throughout my purchase as she has been amazing and made my experience a pleasure. Highly recommend

Just tried my bamboo comp socks on today. Found them comfortable, definitely breathable, and the biggest surprise was no itchy legs and feet after taking them off! Will most certainly buy more.

I really appreciate the trouble customer service took to help figure out the right sock style and fit for me. I needed socks to help with recovery from a broken ankle with a lot of swelling that made fitting a bit interesting. They arrived quickly and are a great fit and really comfortable. I've also had barely any swelling in the ankle I broke compared to before using them. I'm really happy with the socks.

Love the fabric and fit.
