My order was delivered well before the expected delivery date. The bottle of oil was securely packed using the minimum of packaging necessary.

Never received my order and terrible customer service
Right after I placed my order, I contacted Dr Wakde customer service and asked them for my order`s tracking number.
They said they don't give out any tracking number.
I reached out 3 times to their customer service to see if they could help me.
None of them was willing to help me.
So I haven't receive my order. I don't know if I will ever receive it.
Terrible customer service!

If you have selected Royal Mail 24 or 48 untracked service, then tracking details are not provided by Royal Mail. If you have opt for other tracked services while ordering, then we should definitely have tracking number and can track the parcel.
