The order is lost and not delivered
Unfortunately, I did not receive my order. The delivery service did not deliver it to me

the aroma was more concentrated
I have been using this product for over 5 years. The quality of the goods used to be much higher. When the refills were in metal containers, the aroma was more concentrated. Now I will change the brand of home fragrances, as I am very disappointed.
