Good for your hair follicles
I was diagnosed with Frontal Fibrosis Alopecia in 2017 so my hair is much thinner with noticeable loss in the frontal area.
FFA is an auto-immune condition in which your own antibodies attack your hair follicles and kill them off, preventing regrowth. I am now on my second packet of Dr Vegan capsules and I have definitely noticed some new hairs sprouting in my

Finding the orange and pineapple electrolytes too salty for my taste, flavour isn’t very strong and quite grainy to drink, sorry not for me .

Hi Sadie, thank you for your feedback. We do recommend mixing Hydrate+ with different amounts of water to find the optimal taste. Many people prefer taking it when mixed in 500-750ml of water, which is also better than a glass as you're also drinking more water.

Amazing improvement in gut health
I’ve been having issues with an upset stomach and a change in bowel habits for 6 months, which I now know were connected to stress and anxiety.
I researched improving gut health and discovered after Vegan Gut Health Supplements, containing prebiotics and probiotics and with four days of starting them I noticed a huge improvement. I took them on holiday and kept them in the fridge and I’m 90% better and over the moon to find something that’s actually does as promised.

Hi Linda, some people find that they feel worse to begin with after starting probiotics. This process can take 2-3 weeks or up to 9 weeks, depending on the individual. As your body gets rid of the bad bacteria, you could begin to experience normal bowel movements, and begin to feel improved energy, less fatigue, improved focus and concentration, better skin, and general wellbeing. Seems a good company, but I found capsules ineffective ......
For a couple of years before buying from Dr Vegan, I had been purchasing Magnesium Calcitrate for leg cramps and other issues. I could only find it in hard tablet form, which were manageable and did the job perfectly, but were not very easy to take because of being so large, so I was delighted to find them in capsule form at Dr Vegan and I decided to order a 3 month supply.
From my point of view there are a couple of reasons why I've only given 3 stars.
Yes the website is excellent, the variety of products are really great and the cost of the products seemed good too. Delivery was fast and inexpensive. This aspect actually deserves 5 stars, but.......
The capsules were delivered in pouches in a letter box style parcel, as already mentioned I ordered 3 months supply to save money and all 3 pouches came squashed together into one box, luckily no capsules were damaged.
However, the main reason for just giving 3 stars. Since taking the capsules for a month instead of the hard tablet form, sadly my leg cramps and other issues the magnesium helped have now returned. Therefore I can only assume that the capsule version does not agree with me. I will now have to go back on the hard form, buying elsewhere and destroy the remaining 2 months worth, so for me its been a waste of money and I won't be buying other products from them again.
