Awful taste, just like putting salt in water with some very weak artificial tasting orange squash.

Hi Amara, our electrolytes don't contain stevia or artificial sweeteners like other products, and we only use natural flavourings. This is why they taste more natural and less sweet or artificial than others. We do advise customers to avoid stevia in supplements and electrolytes as stevia has been shown to increase the risk of raised blood sugar levels and insulin resistance.
We appreciate their taste isn't for everyone and we're only sorry they're not for you!

I was sent an item a year and a half…
I was sent an item a year and a half after it was ordered.
I am not aware that I ordered it but csn see it on their website. I have emailed twice and had no response.
There is no phone number on their website. I would have returned this item if I had been able. I am not convinced I ordered it at all and it was almost £20.
Beware.

Outstanding Customer Service
Queried Informed Sport accreditation for electrolytes as no logo on the box/sachets (but pictured on website). Had a really swift response, which clarified the situation and reassured me. Really friendly and efficient customer service (and tasty electrolytes to boot!)

I've used both the menopause support & magnesium, which have helped me considerably.
I am lactose intolerant, so having the knowledge that the product is vegan, allows me to have one less worry.

Supplements you won't regret investing in
I absolutely love this brand and everything they're about. I have never used such good quality supplements before, they're honestly the best I've ever used and I've tried many! Would highly recommend anyone to give them a go over their usual supplements.

I haven't received my orders yet (7…
I haven't received my orders yet (7 days in, they have not left Portugal, it seems), and many supplements are gone from the website (Hydrate +, Magnesium B). Hydrate + has been a lifesaver for me, and I do not have access to it anymore. Following up on my order in Portuguese makes no sense. I'll be running out of supplements this weekend ...
PS : Dr Vegan contacted me straightaway and gave me the necessary information about my orders. They have good communication skills. Hopefully, I will receive my orders by the end of the week.
