I ordered on 1st May and the order was received and processed promptly. Being dispatched the following day.
The order was being delivered to Cyprus, my previous orders and experience have been poor with the package taking over 28 days to reach me.
This however has been a lot quicker, I hope that any future orders keep up the same time scale and not have me hanging on like before.

Poor quality shoes and shocking customer support
My wife bought me a pair of shoes for my birthday last September . As they were spikeless I only wore them 3 times last year. I got them out recently as the weather has improved unfortunately after the 4th or 5th time of wearing the lace hooks fell off. I reported this to druids but they said as it was outside of 3 months they could not help, they only guarantee against waterproofing not poor manufacturing. They offered me a 20% discount, not a good experience. Their customer support is very poor.

Only gave them one star so I am able to write this review other wise it would be -5.Terrible company to deal with order clothing and shoes for my son 3weeks ago and received nothing,and payed for 2-3 day delivery.Cant speak to anyone as the phone rings out and it some chat that doesn’t let u enter the questions you want and no one answers when I phone or replies to your emails as I’ve asked for a full refund now I notice they have given me a credit note for less than what I paid them to receive nothing would not spend anyone money with this cowboy out fit I will be taking the matter further do not use this company

All fitted well and according to sizing guide.
Delivery was quick.
The skirt I purchased had pleats but not quality fabric as pleats were creased and would need ironing after every wash.
