Love everything about the company…

Love everything about the company always great deals and always leaving you smelling the best... only thing I wish was the canadian warehouse sent the cool DR squatch boxes instead of just plain boxes!! Other then that my favourite product to use!!!

Protect Company Screw Customer

shipping methods would not allow me to choose standard shipping without enrolling in a subscription. I emailed customer support and have gotten a circular run around even when I request to be advanced to a supervisor. Was forced to upgrade shipping method and pay more or do a subscription. I did not want either, but the company got their money, so they don't care.

Good product

Good product, always satisfied with the quality of the soap. Delivery could have been better, courier left my package in a puddle on my front porch instead of moving to a dry spot near my door.

Products are good but customer service…

Products are good but customer service is terrible, products sold out but listed on website, trying to get a reply without them just trying to fob you off with stupid puns and 10% off next order.

When you set up a subscription to the service you expect a level or service and the products you select to be available
