Waited for almost a month with excited anticipation as nothing was working to alleviate the pain my foot was causing me. Parcel arrived One size fits all it stated. I am only a 5 foot lady yet even with help it was Impossible to put on painful foot so I tried on other one only to find I without help I couldn't pull it on that foot either. Husband tried. Haha. Didn't stretch over his toes without seems splitting. Ordered 3 pairs and magnetic insoles.one sock is way shorter than the other by 2 inches. Complete waste of my $70. I'm a elderly pensioner who was desperate to find something to relieve pain. Scammers have no conscience and return items will cost me more and I don't believe I will get refunded.

Dr Sock Smoothers is a joke. Socks do not fit (one size fits all) and the customer service is horrible (pay to return them yourself). Lots of articles about this company being a spam on the internet The customer service person had chickens or bird noises in the backgroud and would not direct me to a supervisor. Had to pay my own shipping to send them back

Ordered and received after 3 weeks. On the delivery had a UK return address. Sent back to the address and now they inform me there is no such return facility in UK. Scam company. Do not use.

Scam! Do not buy! I was eventually sent foot sleeves not socks! Useless and how can one size fit all?
The advert showed turquoise socks. I received black foot sleeves!

They say one size fits all. That is not true they don’t. And they want you to return them to USA at your own expense when they don’t fit. But they delivered them to me from inside the UK. They don’t respond to emails. There not interested in the fact they are miss selling tickets his item and ripping people off. Don’t buy from this site.

Absolutely waste of money. I stupidly bought these from an American site ...socksoothers.com without doing my homework. I paid triple the price that I could have got them for on Amazon or ebay and have now found a site claiming that this company is running a scam. Many reviews say how people find the socks are so tight that they can't even get them on. My 3 pairs are so loose that they do absolutely nothing. Badly made and a rip off. Options are to send back to USA and get a refund less postage and S+H (whatever that is) or keep the 3 pairs of socks and get a 65% refund.....proving that even to the company they are cheap and not worth returning. Don't touch socksoothers.com with a barge pole.

Didn’t know that the socks were coming from the USA. Was informed by the company that the socks could take up to 21 days. After still suffering they did arrive 21 days later. Buy them from Amazon. Quicker and cheaper.

No instructions of how to wash,How long to wear them for .Do you keep them on overnight or just daytime?
My feet feel very much better.

I have had them a week, and they have worked wonders with my feet. The socks are very tight to put on, and sadly there is no advice in the packaging (nor anything telling me about washing temperature either - so they've lost a star for lack of customer support), but you soon get used to it. I have size 12 feet (UK size) and usually need wide shoes, so if my feet can fit into them, yours can too. They did take a long time to arrive - I received an email 4 days after ordering to confirm they had been shipped, along with a tracking number, but the courier UPS took ages. But aside from poor customer support, these are a fantastic purchase.

ONE SIZE FITS ALL IS RUBBISH I AM A MAN WITH SIZE 10 IN A SHOE AND I CAN,T GET THEM EVEN HAVE WAY ON MY FEET I THINK THEY ARE FOR A FIVE YEAR OLD . VERY DISAPOINTED WASTE OF MONEY £30 DOWN THE DRAIN.

I was worried that I might have wasted my money on these socks but they are excellent. True they took a couple of weeks to arrive but they started to make my sons feet so much better as soon as he put them on. I would recommend them to anyone who has foot problems There is nothing wrong with the quality either. Thank you for an excellent product.

not a good product, can feel the seams, loose threads catching my toes whilst trying to get them on , one end is wider i dont know which way i need to put the sock on, wide first or narrow.

I would have preferred to leave a proper review, but like so many other reviewers, I still haven’t received the items yet.
The tracking service by the delivery company is a joke, as the whereabouts of the items hasn’t been updated for ages- it also seems that Dr. Sock Soothers takes no responsibility for the items arriving, leaving the poor prospective customer out in the cold.

I can't believe the bad reviews on here?! I ordered these as I had just started jogging and have been almost crippled with foot pain. These arrived during our Covid lockdown, so I had to wait about 4 weeks for the courier to deliver (as I used our work address), and was almost crying in pain when my heels touched the ground. I have worn these socks for THREE DAYS - and my pain is gone. These are literally the most MIRACULOUS thing I have ever brought. Brought a pack of 3 pair thank goodness. I no longer need to chug Voltaren to get through my day - I am SO, SO grateful for these.

Why does facebook allow for this company to advertise their product. Looks like Ive been scamed for £40

PAID FOR THE GOODS ONLINE AND 6 MONTHS LATER NOTHING HAS ARRIVED. SEND NO END OF EMAIL ALL MET WITH A NEGATIVE RESULT

Delivery from this company is unbelievable. They send items to be consolidated with other orders at the shippers where they remain until there is enough to ship. So far my items have been there 31 days. I ordered items 45 days ago. They answer emails OK but replies are useless.

I agree with everyone else waiting three months for my order. Don't get involved with this company.

Ordered socks. Then asked to pay Customs charges. They offered half. Was not going to pay any more. Very disappointed.

I have been waiting for my package since 26th August 2020 and it's the 9th September 2020. All I get is run around emails about the tracking number which is a waste of time because you cannot track the package.

It's a joke and this site should be reported to the appropriate watchdog to close them down. I will pursue them through my bank to get my money back.
