I have completed 4 treatments with Dr Smile overlays. Unfortunately, after the fourth treatment, I did not achieve the effect that was promised during the simulation, the bottom of my teeth did not straighten completely. I was promised a beautiful smile in half a year, it's been 1.5 years and I still don't have the effect I was supposed to have. My treatment was extended four times. This is mainly the result of lack of supervision over treatment. The weekly sending of smile photos is purely fake supervision. I am disappointed and deceived. GENERALLY I DO NOT RECOMMEND. A WASTE OF TIME, NERVES AND MONEY

I have been using DR smile for over a year, The treatment did not fulfill expectations i complained and I got the treatment extended for 3 months. i complained again and now cause i did not share 2 photos i should pay arround 500 euros more for treatment if i want to finish it. they do not care about the patient and health they caused more issues that they fixed.

My treatment lasted 8 months. It did not fully give the expected results, so I did another dental scan and got the treatment extended for 2 months.
The big issue here is that the mobile app stops working at the end of the 8 months. It cannot be reinitiated. It just says Your treatment has been completed. You cannot provide images to secure Your warranty, not book appointments for stripping.
I still do not have the results I expected and for the fee that Dr. Sil charges, I think it makes sense that a client should expect that they should be met.
The help centre responds sporadically. To emails yes, to text messages they send asking for when a good time is to call, they do not reply.
In general the treatment is easy and effective, but seems to be cutting corners on how many insets to produce.

I started the treatment with Dr. Smile with lots of optimism. I checked the reviews here and from what I could see it was a hit or miss. I was hoping my case would be good. I followed the process and "finished" the treatment.
Before finishing, I had put my concerns forward that the results were not looking like what was promised and I was told that we had to wait to finish. Once it finished I promptly asked for a termination of my contract, not only because I was not satisfied, but because I was moving abroad. Dr. Smile proceeded to tell me that I could have gotten the refund, but since I had "finished" the treatment I couldn't claim it.
It has been months now, going back and forth with them. They shipped the "continuation treatment" to my old address, then they sent a single aligner to my new address abroad and finally after almost 2 months I got the aligners.

Now... I could in theory continue the treatment, but for the IPR they only do it in Germany or Poland. So they want me to travel just for that... AND REGARDLESS, it has been months since I was doing the treatment and I don't believe the treatment would finish with the "continuation". I am considering legal actions agains Dr. Smile and for the last week they have not even replied to my emails.

After the treatment I was at my doctor’s appointment (not from DrSmile) and she said that actually it doesn’t look like my treatment is finished, as it might look better. So I thought nobody checked the results after I finished my treatment. How can I be sure it’s done correctly? I’m not an expert, of course it looks better than it was, but still if the orthodontist says it requires more treatment than she knows better then me. I explained this to DrSmile support, however, they decided I didn't send enough photos(I've sent after each notification) so they proposed me to continue treatment for 1800zl. Be careful, after you finish the treatment no real doctor check your progress. They use only photos to make conclusions. I can't say it's a good approach.

Dr Smile PL offered me to pay PLN 50 for an opinion on Black Friday on this portal. They check for new people how did not know true yet and want to write in unconscious state - just hustle tricky action.

For me they top the ranking with purchase opinions from other portals such as wypromowani.pl and write themeselves

I was cheated on this pseudo treatment and they did not even want to return the paid money out of good will, which was a ridiculous and small request anyway. Talk to this company only through a lawyer and court.

The telephone consulting made was a real scam. Without any explanation of the conditions of entering a contract, I without knowledge entered a “contract” that entitles me to pay 4000€. For a whole week of writing emails and calling to them… NO ANSWER… by using the excuse of lacking employees, no direct contact can be made to the company. All you can do is “contact” them by writing emails that aren’t even answered. I announced by e-mail right after the phone call that I definitely don't want to conclude a purchase contract and still NOTHING!!
Tried to reach customer service, DOESNT EXISTS!!

Good side was making a phone call to me and spend some time with me, while I was looking on the computer's screen. I thought every thing was simple.
But I have some questions, something I did not understand well, I was left without possibility to ask questions.

It wasn't a good experience. The lady wasn't nice. She didn't want to answer for my general questions. I wanted to know of the problem which I come with I can resolve with this kind of tritment. She was I Harry even though I wasn't late. She didn't want answer for my questions and doubts and she said she has another patient after me so we have make the scans and the pictures. She tried to explain that is different method with Dr.Smile than the traditional one and it is not the orthodontist consultation. I was completely lost for the moment.

Dentist seems not to be fully awaken yet and far from commitment. He was nice and pleasant but nothing more. It was not bad but the whole experience could have been way better.

Very easy process, clear instructions and great service from the dentist that made an extra effort to speak English during the appointment.

Very friendly atmosphere, lady was helpful and professional. She answered In details to all questions i’ve asked.

Really quick, comfortable and nice appointment!
