DropUsMail is a structured email intake service that enables users (“Creators”) to define a subject and specify information fields (optional or mandatory) and generate a unique URL to receive messages via email. Link Recipients access the URL, select a subject, fill in the required fields, and transmit their message directly from their own Gmail account. The resulting email is delivered to the Link Creator’s Gmail inbox in a standardized, structured format, and a copy is retained in the Link Recipient’s Gmail Sent folder in accordance with Gmail’s standard email delivery practices.
