I chose Drone Renewals to update my PfCO to an OA, and as always left it rather late. John was incredibly helpful on the phone, able to calm my nerves, wade through all the updates to my operations manual, and handled my application to the CAA with complete confidence. John provides an excellent service, and has processed my renewals for three years with no hassle or errors.
Beyond the renewal he has also answered several queries for me.

John dropped me an email just at the right time. My focus is on creating content, not making silly errors on forms. John turned around the forms in the blink of an eye and got my CAA approval updated super-fast.
