Great product and good value.
I'm really impressed with this from a safety and project management tool. Lots of functionality for different jobs and pilots. There are more functions than I can cope with at the moment, but they will become more useful over time I'm sure. Also, the supporting videos are useful and to the point.

Not the easiest to navigate around the system. No option to just put in flying hours under an existing job.
Not usable on my mobile, will set up but cannot update flying hours etc.

I'm sorry to hear that you found it difficult to navigate and that you couldn't add flying hours under an existing job. I want to make things as easy as possible for you, so let me clear up any confusion.
Actually, you can add flying hours under an existing job by heading to the "Manage job > Flight log - manual" section of the platform. I totally understand if that wasn't immediately obvious. You're also able to import historic flight logs via the "Settings > Data import" option.
I also apologise if you had trouble using Dronedesk on your mobile. The system is designed to work on both desktop and mobile devices, but sometimes certain devices or browsers (there are so many combos!) can cause issues. It would be great if you let me know what device/browser you were using.
I've dropped you an email so please get in touch and I'll do everything I can to get you sorted.
I really appreciate your feedback and hope that I can make your experience with the Dronedesk platform better in the future. I'm always here to help if you need further assistance finding your way around.

I have recently started using Dronedesk for my flight planning and wish I'd done it YEARS AGO. It's superb, user friendly and cuts down faffing about with drone shoot planning by a mile. I used to have a bookmarked folder full of websites I woudl have to go through one by one to plan jobs. Dronedesk automates them all.
It's fast, efficient, comprehensive, educational and user-friendly.
As an unexpected bonus, there's a lead generation tool and a list of relevant public contract tenders, so it's a new business tool as well as a flight planning one.
It really is great.

Dronedesk allows a comprehensive flight planning tool to provide users with everything they need to plan flights in complicated locations to not only satisfy their own planning requirements but to also allows for the publication of detailed RAMS which have always satisfied most of our clients.

It is the perfect job planning software for any drone professional - either as a pilot or from the office admin side. It has everything you need and more. It is actually brilliant software! Seriously, everything is thought through, accessible, sensible, useful and way more comprehensive that I first thought.

Dronedesk is a really good RPAS planning software platform
Dronedesk is well planned out, has good functionality and is intuitive to use. It has some development ahead but looks set to evolve into the RPAS planning and SMS tool the sector needs.

Expedite your UAS Operations
Based on location selection - the rest of the legwork is done in terms of weather, Airspace, notifications etc
Dronedesk is the only system you need to expedite your UAS missions, flight logs and asset maintenance.

Drone Desk - All you need to plan your drone operations
Drone Desk saves me so much time in planning my jobs/flights. As everything is logged I have no need for printing any of the forms or data needed to support the job, and more importantly, no need to hold paper files. A great back office system. Would highly recommend it to any commercial drone operator
