Goede klantenservice

Na een probleem met een verkeerde levering werd dit netjes en naar volle tevredenheid opgelost door de klantenservice. Hieruit blijkt maar weer hoe belangrijk die is om klanten tevreden te houden

Tevreden, voor herharling vatbaar

Via Google ben ik op de website terechtgekomen. Ik was op zoek naar goedkope producten en deze kwam als beste uit de test.
Ik heb eerst contact opgenomen om te verifiëren of alles wel klopte. Uiteindelijk heb ik goed contact gehad en zijn al mijn vragen over de producten en bezorging netjes beantwoord.

Het pakket is inmiddels al binnen en ik ben dik tevreden. Ik houd de website zeker in de gaten. Hopelijk plaatsen jullie in de toekomst nog meer producten.

Betrouwbaar en snel.

Snelle levering, veel lagere prijs dan bij andere drogisterijen én een goede service.(2 van de producten bleken incompleet, de volgende dag kregen we gratis 2 nieuwe bussen toegestuurd!)
