I have been trying to lose weight for a while now. There are so many social media programs, that I got totally turned off. But I kept watching DLG and saw he had a free book and ordered it. Best decision I've made. Been on the team for a month and a half and have already lost 5 pounds. Thanks DLG!

I began my "serious" health journey in Spring 2025. After watching Dr. Livingood's videos for inspiration and valid information I started following his advice. Adjusting my diet a bit, the goal to get more restful sleep, and get a serious grip on my hunger levels! I'm currently using the Matcha/Moringa tea product too! Slowly life/health (and sleep) has improved and I keep working on it with his help! I'm down 23 lbs, 2 dress sizes, and 5 belt notches around the waist! I'm seriously going to continue as my family Dr. is really happy with my numbers, BP, etc. Stick with it!

From the day I discovered Dr Livingood until now my life has taken a 180. August 2019, I weighed 228#, by January 2022, I weighed 143#.
With his life style it was easy. Products and tweeked recipes it has been easy.

I was going to order the “free book” but it sounds like another scam. What I noticed in the poor responses to the bad reviews is I’m sorry…book not recieved, confusion about subscriptions…etc. seems like the “good” dr doesn’t take ANY responsibility or have decent customer service. I WILL NOT be ordering! Thank you everyone for the reviews.

Updated…automated responses, proof of more scamming. I am sick of his ads popping up when I know he is uncaring, dishonest & a scammer. This stuff needs to stop.

I ordered 2 books and was over charged. One was supposed to be free with charge for shipping only. The second one I can't remember what it was but I'm guessing it was something to do with food. Any way, that was well over a month ago and they've taken money from my account and I've not seen anything and there is no good way to contact them. I feel scammed.

Dr. Livingood empowers people with information on how to take preventative control of their health in a simple way. I have learned alot from him and others as part of the learning.

I've followed DLG for 5 yrs & what caught my attention was his comment, " We have a sick-care system & I didn't sign up for that. I'm going to start teaching health!" I'm a nurse & I felt the same way. His books & his YouTube videos have taught me more than any nursing book has & they're easy to understand. His products are all wonderful! & 3rd party tested. All my orders are filled and mailed in a timely manner. I love the products and I also like Dr. Livingood's information on how to be healthier.

My order was delivered quickly. I was in the middle of another book and finished it before starting this one. The book is filled with great information on 5 different areas related to our health. There were specific suggestions included, recipes included, and QR codes in the book itself to scan if you want more information on a certain chapter or topic.

I have followed Dr. Livingood for 4 years. I have learned so much about fine tuning my health. I use many of his supplements. I fully trust his products with great results! His products do exactly what he says they will do and are fully tested and all that. It isnt instantaneous. Sometimes it is. We didnt mess our bodies up overnight. The important thing was the quick and sincere response. You don’t find that much any more! The second thing was the encouragement and helpful information both in the material and videos. It’s all presented in a way that gave me confidence in the writer, the material and the team.

His biggest push is to maintain a healthy lifestyle at your pace and affordability. His teachings are easy to understand and are all completely backed by science. Even though his push is not his products I donot trust anyone else for my supplements. They are pure and work with a healthy lifestyle. Thank you DLG.

Dr Livingood has gone above and beyond with his research on creating his own supplements carefully and has given all of us the opportunity to benefit health wise from them. Wow, now a days, who does that 😳 I’m so THANKFUL in discovering his YouTube channel. Very well organized with incredible insights and content that is beneficial to everyone! I’ve been in the health industry for over 40 years and have tried all kinds of supplements currently in the market.
I’m 63 years young and have always tried to stay in shape with proper nutrition and food intake. However, recently I reached a plateau with my fully understanding about quality nutrients my body is in need to improve my overall health. I decided to try Doc’s supplements and his process with his liquid and food recommendations for 3 months.
I’m 6-2 weight is 240 waist 38 and thought that was pretty good. My first goal was to have a low carb food intake. Did that for 30 days lost 20 pounds but didn’t really feel good after and thought I was too skinny. My goal now is to properly train my body with proper nutrition so that my cells can absorb all the nutrients needed and help me feel better and start understanding the importance of doing it correctly from the beginning. I also exercise 4x weekly and have not lost strength but have gotten leaner. I didn't think I would have gotten away from the Protein I've used for many years without the educated information I've learned from Doc. My way of learning anything and everything is through experiencing trial and error. I highly recommend his supplements and vitamins as they help everyone no matter what stage of health you are in…
