Very pleased
I have run about six extractions through the Merlin400 so far and am very pleased with its performance and ease of use. It consistently makes quality results and as I prefer to use a tincture it's easy to run an extraction, add some oil and decarb. Cleanup is easy as well. I would recommend buying the smaller herb holder concurrently with the unit as you may not want to grind up as much herb as the large one requires, and the cost to ship it after the fact is proportionally rather large. (I am in the US.) My only complaint is that dealing with the wifi and phone interface can be fiddly/annoying and sometimes takes some time to start working. But generally it's not necessary to engage with that just to get the job done. All told I'm happy with my purchase.

Excelend machine
I dont undestand what you write because its not in english.The machine is very good! I had no problem at the moment.The logistics for both purchases were very expencieve.Its was very good to have an artikel how to handle with extraction oil and how to fill cartige!

This device is a great example of innovation. My purchase and shipping went smoothly for coming so far, and the device Merlin400 is working as expected. It takes a little careful reading of the manual, but everything worked great, even the firmware update once I remembered my correct wifi password :).

So happy with the product!
I have had my machine for about a year now, and absolutely love it! I make all sorts for different blends using CBD and THC flowers and it consistantly outputs a perfect concentrated oil that I can use as is, or mix with other oils like coconut or olive oil. Customer support is also great, I have replies within 30mins some days either on email or social media, and always within 24 hours someone has gotten back to me.
