Absolute scam
Absolute scam - do not use under any circumstances. Applied for a change of address in November and have been chasing licence and then a refund every since. They do not respond to emails. Will now see if the bank can help with refund.

WARNING / SCAM. My wife was duped. We will recover the money and block the organisation from taking any further payments.
Absolute SCAM!!!! DO NOT USE under any circumstances!!!!!! Got money back fortunately, or my bank did. Full marks to them!
Complete scam, used it by accident thinking it was official, feel really stupid.
I supplied my details to renew my driving licence 70+ thinking I was dealing with an official DVLA site. They took £44 from my bank account, I have not received my licence within the time promised and they have not replied to my emails. A scam?
I totally agree with a customer review.
I thought this company was DVLA.
After submitting a application for change address on my driving licence still waiting. Do not recommend using this company,
I have got my bank to investigate.
Use the gov dvla site.
I googled to change my address on my driving license and this page came up. I stupidly opened it and entered all my details, then at the end it asked for payment and I knew I should not need to pay for this. So double checked and closed the page. And yes I was not on the gov.uk page. I would not recommend this page. Quicker and easier to do it on the proper gov.uk website.
I suspect this is a scam just to get your money.
