I loved all the selections of vehicles that I could choose from online. I was able to take my time and choose the best choice for me and my budget. After connecting with Hayden it was smooth sailing from there! He walked me through every step of the process and was always available to answer any questions that I had. I felt like I was his only customer! He followed up with me after I picked up the car to see how things were going. followed up again a few days after that to make sure that I was still happy with my purchase. I must say that Hayden was absolutely amazing throughout this entire process. I will definitely refer him to anyone that I know wanting to purchase a car. You all are so lucky to have him!

I would never use this company again. The jeep I got from them is still in the shop a month and a half later. I got a quote at over $10,000 for repairs. I definitely would not buy again. None of these repairs listed in the ad. They told me it was buy as is. Then they offered me $800 in a take it or leave it scenario. So be wise and give yourself a chance to inspect the vehicle

I financed a Jeep Renegade 2018 through Driveway, it was a horrible mistake. I’ve only had it a year now, and had to have the engine replaced, the mechanic informed me that this was not something that just happened, he insisted I was sold this and they would has to have full knowledge of the motor damage , it has been costly and emotionally traumatic. They have done nothing to fix this

My sales rep, Ethan, was great and the overall purchase process was seamless and easy. That part I can’t complain about.
However, the biggest issue is the lack of communication and overall customer experience. As a second-time buyer, this experience was far worse than my first. After the initial sale, communication completely dropped off. There was no proper handoff, no guidance on next steps, and it felt like once the deal was done, I was left on my own.
It honestly felt like everything was just scripted, and once that part was over, I got ghosted.
I’d still give credit where it’s due to the team that helped with my first purchase, but this second experience was disappointing and needs serious improvement in after-sales support.
Update : someone from your review team reached out, but guess what? i called three times, no answer, and even texted back still nothing. so i’m assuming it’s just an automated message.
