Amazing buying experience

Had an absolutely amazing buying experience with Jaz. I visited the dealership where the vehicle was located to make a purchase. They stopped trying after two denials and told me it wasn’t going to happen.

Frustrated, we decided to see if we would get a different answer through Driveway. I’m pleased to say, Jaz worked tirelessly to find a way to get an approval. She also helped coordinate with the local dealership so we could save the shipping and pick it up in person sooner.

In the future I will reach out to my sales rep the next time I’m in the market for a new vehicle!

Thad sales person kept me posted step by step, Felix handled contract phase, Brice was cordinar for transporting he kept us up dated of when it was picked up from dealer ship in las Vegas to Oklahoma. Monica is working on the DMV paperwork transfer of plate and title work hoping that will be finished soon.

My advisor

My advisor, Shannon was super nice, very knowledgeable and quite helpful in the whole process. Everything was explained thoroughly even when there was a snag or two she was able to help me with it. She reached out often just to make sure I didn’t have any questions or problems. She made the whole experience wonderful. Now I will start dealing with somebody new on Monday to complete the process. I hope that person is just as great as Shannon was.

I am very happy with my new car we…

I am very happy with my new car we bought through Driveway. The price was unbeatable and the customer service was great! I worked with multiple people but they all have their own responsibilities. I would especially mention Jake who is the best of the team! He would reply fast and to the point. He will also give you answer to any question you may have and find a solution to any possible problem. The car we bought was Aryia which is an EV and it is a great car. It was in excellent condition and we couldn't be happier with it. Thank you driveway, you really made the process of buying a car so smooth and stressless! I am never going back to the dealerships 😀

Tried selling my car to them and it was…

Tried selling my car to them and it was an absolute headache. After I accepted the offer they just stopped responding to me despite telling me a rep would call me to continue the process. Anyways I ended up selling through a larger competitor of theirs that has a way easier process

Held My Funds Hostage for Weeks – Surprise Last-Minute Rejection

I had a deeply unprofessional experience with Driveway. After providing full disclosure on my 8-year-old vehicle, they accepted thousands of dollars in negative equity from me and held those funds for weeks. Based on their commitment, I secured a replacement vehicle, only to be ghosted by their team for days.

At the absolute last minute, they used common engine codes (standard wear for a vehicle this age) as a 'surprise' reason to reject the car, a contingency they never disclosed during the weeks they held my money. This left me unexpectedly responsible for a third car payment, extra insurance, and storage for a vehicle I had already 'sold' to them.

They are quick to take your money but will leave you financially stranded the moment their automated process hits a snag. I am still waiting for a representative to address the additional costs I incurred due to their lack of transparency and communication.
