From the quick delivery to instal it’s been a great experience. Nice clear picture on both cameras. Hard wire kit was fitted easily. I bought the larger SD card as well.

I've owned various dashcams over the years including Kapture, Uniden & others. The Drivevision 4k dashcam so far seems to be a better product with excellent 4K resolution and a great user interface via the Viidure app. Time will tell how it stands up to our summer heat but that is a challenge for all dashcams regardless of brand. Well worth the investment for a product that performs as well as others double or even tripple the price.

Ordered both front and rear cameras but delivery was lengthy as they were out of stock even though the website stated delivery would be 3-6 days. However, once delivered I was very happy with the product and had both cameras installed within 60 minutes in a mid size SUV. I also ordered two 256GB SD Cards thinking that one is required for each but I only needed one for the front camera. I now have a spare SD Card. Camera videos are stunningly sharp and easily downloaded from the camera to the app albeit quite slowly.

Super quick delivery. Easy to install both front and rear cameras. Had an issue with the rear camera lead (bent a pin when I connected the camera) - not a problem, entire new rear camera and lead sent to me in the post under the warranty.. Customer service was first class.

The Drivevision dashcam was easy to install and the vision from the front and rear is extremely good. I was going to buy 3 and then decided to wait and see.After 3 weeks would I buy another one. The answer is NO.
The three lights on the camera CANNOT be dimmed or switched off at night and are too bright and a distraction.
I have had to put black tape over the lights to block them night driving which is not good enough.
Well the reply is really meaningless unless the Dashcams that are being sold now don’t have this issue.

Although I have a faulty hardwire kit but I got it from DriveVision within 2 days
So thanks for their prompt advice and help

Customer service is bloody awful! I want to do a return on an item and I got an AI response saying that the request will take 48 hours to process. Two more AI responses and two weeks later still nothing. Thank god I didn’t spend money on the higher priced items because chances are I would’ve been stuck in the same situation.

Installation and setup excellent. Operation of both cameras very good. Only downside was using the static film, the weight of the front camera kept pulling it off overnight. Even leaving it alone with just the bracket for a few days. Windscreen cleaned with alcohol.

After looking at different dashcams I decided to get the Drivevision dashcam, including the rear camera. Instead found it very easy to install. I hard wired it in so I’m recording while my car is off and parked. The video quality is very good and downloading the clips from the SD card to the app is easy.
Definitely recommend this product.

Everything was simple with ordering, and the installation part was easy also. The camera works well, with the vision excellent.

Purchased a 4k dashcam and rear camera - Wasn't able to install the rear camera unfortunately, the cable was just to thick and the plug for the rear camera is near the dashcam so i would need to shove 2 thick cables up in the headliner and side trim. The headliner was already damaged just from the dashcam and is now loose on the roof due to the thickness of the cable and the plug for the rear cam had to be left hanging out. if the rear camera plug was near the power supply that would help. Not a fan of no display on the dashcam either.

Purchased 2 of these Drivevision camera's approx 18months ago. I have been struggling with "stop recording" & "start recording" on both cameras, although one of the camera's has become incredibly unreliable in the last 3months. This seems to be a very common finding across various forums.
The time between stop recording and start recording can be ... minutes. During this time there is no recording. Have replaced SD cards on both cameras and reformat frequently and have reached out to support to try a variety of things (reformat, change power connection, even swapped components between cameras) but nothing has resolved the issues I am facing. I suspect that there is a fundamental issue that the camera simply can't write fast enough to the SD card, or can't manage a SD card that is nearly full. I am finally done and am going to replace both cameras (and have just ordered a BlackVue DR970X).

A dashcam is completely useless if it doesn't record vision reliably.

Was easy to install due to clear instructions and simple product design. I hardwired it into the car using the provided fuse taps, just had to separately buy a micro fuse for the tap to match the my existing micro 2 fuse. Works great, even for parking collision detection! My only issue is that I have a newish car and have to turn off CarPlay and disconnect the car wifi to connect the dash cam app and download cam footage. Otherwise pleased with it!

Great product easy to install quick postage works great

Too early to really review. Installed for 2 weeks now and very happy so far. Early teething problem with camera turning itself off for no reason. Problem seems to have disappeared after rebooting it a couple of times. Put it down to SD card. Annoying issue that Apple Car Play will disconnect Wi-Fi from camera every time. I got around this problem using a spare phone to connect to it if I need to see footage.
Did some research prior to purchase and it ticked all the boxes and value for money as well as super fast delivery. Always wondered how to hide the cables but the tool that came with the kit took care of that.

I cannot fault this product the dash cam look and styling to the quality of picture and easy functuning of the App. I purchased two units both front and back cams with the larger sd card had them installed into an EV MG and Toyota Corolla and they haven't missed a beat and its an Australian company.
