There has been no communication since i placed the order on the 10th and anytime i go to track it it just says order has been confirmed. Im beginning to think this is a scam
Amazing Company I had an issue of the unit not turning on and with no question asked the sent me a new one no worries at all.. Just like that im back to being able to use all the functions the unit has to offer.. Seamless Experience.. Highly recommend..
Need a little more volume and it will be great.
Great product and great after sales support. When I contacted them about an issue they responded very quickly with a couple of suggestions. It was solved by using the original iPhone usb cable. The Driveview USB cigarette lighter power lead current is restricted so when I used a High power cable the unit disconnected the USB port. The support team’s recommendation to change the cable worked and now both my iPhone and the Driveview remain powered.
My damaged product was replaced and they were very helpful. I’m Very happy with the service and product. Dash Ca

Yeah, I agree with the 1stars here. Should have done my research. One of the main red flags was when I clicked on the insta link they provide it said “not found” or something like that. Probably because people already reported the account for fraud. I ordered the flex screen March 18th it is now the 25th and it still says “preparing for shipment”. I sent them an email checking the status but no reply. You just gotta careful shopping online, if it sounds too good to be true then it most likely is. Just hope people come here first before buying from this “company”.

Throughout the entire buying process, their communications have been prompt and courteous. I ordered a new system from them, because of their popularity my order was originally delayed, that was clearly explained to me, and was given a tracking number for shipment as soon as they were caught up on orders. I had a overall great experience from start to now. I should be getting the unit this week, and will do a separate review on the quality and experience after some time or use.

I ordered my FlexScreen Pro March 5th. It's now March 16th & it hasn't even shipped. I emailed to ask about the hang up (because shipping says 3-6 business days) & got nothing back. I waited 2 more days & emailed them asking if I could just get a refund, because the product still hadn't shipped & I am pretty certain at this point that it will never arrive. Still nothing. I have to call my bank tomorrow to stop the payment to them, because it is a fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Even the two 5 stars reviews I read here have fraud written all over them.

Overall I still haven't decided if the company is real or not. It has been 11 days since I placed my order and I emailed them for an update and got nothing back. At this point I just want a refund and I'll do business somewhere reputable like through a seller on Amazon or something but I can't get a response. If it shows up great I guess but in all honesty I hope people do their research like I should have and find this review and DO NOT order from DriveView.Online

Have been asking for return instructions for days now! The first email was responded with solutions to try but had already tried these and still wanted to return the product as just wasn’t suitable for my small car so stated I’d like to return a second time they then responded again with more solutions I stated for a third time I would like to return the product! Have in fact asked SIX times now for the return instructions and now I’m getting no response even ignoring from my wife’s email! So NO HASSLE RETURNS is a blatant LIE! Very POOR customer service if you want to return the product! Now going to be seeking legal advice.

I ordered my system for my wife’s car. I did so because it had all the features plus the dash cam and it was not huge.
The system arrived and I encountered a power issue. John and the folks at DriveView responded quickly and sent me a replacement power device and it works great! They did it quickly too as we were headed on a trip and wanted to use it!
The manual that comes with the unit is very small, but again, John came through with an e-version!
There are some quirks that I’m sure will work out as I use it more, but if I needed another one, I wouldn’t hesitate to get it from John and the DriveView team!
When I was ordering the FlexScreen Pro I was a bit skeptical because the price is a lot lower than the competitors. But safe to say, I was impressed by the product. It feels premium, it is so quick and smooth and it makes my 2012 Civic feel new again. It does everything they say on the website and more. They also kept me updated throughout the time I was waiting for it to arrive. The suction cup was missing, but as soon as I messaged them they sent it right away and I received it 2 days later. Excellent Customer Service and an amazing product.
