My car has been and having me stuck for…
My car has been and having me stuck for cutting off the past few weeks. I have been told that I must deal with Nissan under the vehicle warranty. Today, Nissan says that there has been some wire modification to the car which makes the warranty invalid and now I am stuck in the middle, stranded about 2 hours from home without a vehicle to get home. The customer service sucks. Very difficult to get sufficient help without getting the run around and told that I must deal with Nissan. Please consider that the only options to get out of the contract that I know of is to pay the restock fee of $1K.
I just got a call and still getting the runaround. The care has been down since Saturday when it stopped on me. There is no recourse of credit of use of use of this vehicle due to mechanical failure.

Got a car at a wonderful price with GO when all the local dealers were quoting me 2x the monthly payment because of a “Covid shortage”. HA yeah right, not paying $700+ for a Nissan.
Seamless Process of Getting a New Car
The entire process -- from ordering a vehicle to having it delivered -- was pretty seamless. An account manager was assigned to me and it's great to be able to call or text with any questions. He responded very quickly and put my mind at ease. As many others have stated, they've simplified what used to be a painful ordeal -- getting a new car.
Although they're a young company it seems like they have their act together. Their car selection keeps on getting better by the month and I hope they offer EVs in the near future!

I have been trying to return my vehicle…
I have been trying to return my vehicle with this company for a week. I work on the road between Georgia and Florida. I emailed them on several occasions asking for a return location as I no longer want my subscription. They never sent me a return location. I paid for November to have the car but they said I owed money for excess miles so they disabled the car while I was working at a temporary site in Florida. I have to leave Florida but will now have to catch a flight because the vehicle is on the temporary job site. They told me I would have to pay for vehicle recovery charges for them to pick up the vehicle in Florida, which is not happening as I have attempted to return the vehicle several times. I still do not know a location to drop the car off and never got to speak to anyone on the phone after multiple attempts for that as well. I do not mind returning the car but have to go to another job site for work so will have to leave this vehicle stranded if it is not enabled by the time I leave. This is the second time the car is disabled. They said it’s because charges are not paid but all I asked was for an invoice of the charges as well as the return location as I offered to return it halfway through the month. They told me it was disabled because I said I would return it on the 14th but I couldn’t return it then without knowing where to return it. I do not recommend using this company. I would’ve gladly returned the vehicle if given a location, but I feel like they are trying to charge me in every way possible without giving me a chance to speak to someone or even giving me a chance to return it had I been given the address. I will be forced to leave the vehicle unattended at this construction job site is it remains disabled.

The process is very easy and a great car! The original car I selected was not available, but then another one in a different color became available and I actually like the color better than the original that I reserved. Since I work from home, I don’t need a car often, so I started with the lowest mileage plan. I love that unused miles carryover! There was a little glitch with delivery timing, but it worked out fine. All-around great experience and responsive customer service!

I love the concept of auto subscriptions. I explored leases and then found that DRIVEGO offered a car subscription service in Central Florida and Houston, TX as well as other US cities. I reviewed their website and terms and decided to contact them. They promptly reached out to me and then put me in touch with Customer Advisor, Ernst Jsasmin to assist me in choosing a vehicle that fit my needs with fantastic pricing options. My car was delivered to my front door as promised in excellent condition with a full tank of gas! The entire drop off took less than 10 minutes.
I am extremely pleased with the first impression made by DRIVEGO and its agents and will use for my other family members soon.

This was my first time using DriveGo. I had a great experience! I always wanted to lease a vehicle but the prices at the dealerships and through other subscription companies just cost way too much. In a year like this when car dealers are marking up their prices by thousands of dollars, I felt incredibly fortunate to discover the Go Car subscription service. Beyond the great selection of cars, affordable rates and not being locked into a conventional lease contract, these guys take customer service seriously. Ernst especially was constantly in touch with updates and the process of ordering and delivering a fully equipped, new SUV was smooth and enjoyable. So far, it's been a great all-around experience and saving a lot of money is a huge bonus.
