Great experience.
Their website had all the information I needed and it was very easy to make a reservation. The agent on the phone was very easy to talk to (which was particularly appreciated, given English is not my first language). They provide comprehensive insurance. The delivery was punctual and without any complications. In summary: all went well.

Excellent service
Excellent service. I took the car (brand new Mercedes) in October '23 and returned in Feb '24 when my new car order was finally delivered. Everything went well and when I returned the car there were no penalties to pay (despite having a bit of wear and tear on it) and I got a full refund of my deposit. All in all great value and service - highly recommended.

The car was delivered when expected and returned with ease. A hassle free option when you want to hire a car for a short month to month period, I will definitely use them again.

Watch out for hidden Charges, this isn't as good a deal as you think it is!
The flexibility of being able to rent/lease a car for a month is a welcome one and something that I needed in the short term when starting a new job.
The people you deal with are nice and polite and come across well.
However, there are lots of hidden charges that you dont see until it's too late.
You have to go through all of the process of being checked and having your ID approved etc to rent a car for what you believe is the price you were advertised on the screen when you choose to book, only to be shown on the final screen that it will cost anything from £149 - £199 for delivery fees.
Then when you request they pick the car up they charge you another £199 to collect the car.
So for a rental of a car for £569, it ended up costing nearly £400 extra for the delivery and pick up service.
Nevermind the fact that you have to wait in all day for it, especially when you don't get a phone call with a 4 hour time slot as promised.

We needed a car quickly and Drive Fuze has been brilliant. Our car was delivered within 7 days and came first thing in the morning!
The driver was very professional and called us with an ETA on the day.
Drive Fuze called us after the application to let us know we had been accepted which felt like a more personalized experience rather than just an email.
Will be continuing to use Drive Fuze for the future.

Excellent all round Service
We have had a car from Drivefuze for 7 months. Excellent service from start to end. Sophie and Heather have been very helpful throughout. They even posted back to us a pair of Apple headphones which were left in the car after we returned it. Would use them again without looking anywhere else.

Please never use this company for a car hire. The car originally smelt like cigarettes when I received it. There is a charge of £119 twice to get the car delivered and dropped off ! You have to get tyre damage replaced yourself even if it’s an accidental puncture. There were wear and tear marks on the tyres also and I had to pay 400 quid plus. Also if you get a PCN from the same company incorrectly you don’t get a chance to appeal... Instead they debit you for the fine and you pay a £45 admin fee per fine ! Even though it’s the same company that fined you. I guess it takes 45 quid to click a button. Avoid at all costs!!!

Very quick to take your money, but not so quick to give it back.
Two major issues
1) Too quick to take unnecessary charges and too slow to release them when proven incorrect
2) Hidden fees
Firstly, I was incorrectly issued two fines by an independent parking company. In less than 24 hours of being notified of them, I got proof they were issued incorrectly and the tickets cancelled. However, Drive Fuze warned me at 15:00 and then took the money, plus the crazy admin fee, from my account by 0800 the next morning. They gave me 2 hours to check my emails, cancel the ticket, and call them up to inform them it had been issued wrong. Very deceitful. They stated this was paid immediately to get the lower fine fee if paid within 14 days. However, there was plenty of time left before this deal expired, plus the fine is put on hold when disputed. A poor excuse not to contact me before paying. I sent them the proof the same morning the money came out but it took them 13 days to issue me the refund. 13 days! About 7 days in, I contacted them to find out where my money was. At this point they decided to inform me that they believed the ticket was issued correctly. Even though the independent ticketing company has already confirmed they were issued in error. I don't understand why they are trying to dispute something already proven incorrect and why they didn't contact me. How long were they going to hold onto this issue if I had not contacted them? Terrible, deceitful customer service.
Secondly, be warned; there are hidden fees. You have to pay for them to drop off the car and pick it up. You do not have to pay this entire fee, although they will still charge you an "admin fee" for dropping the car off so "someone can be in the office" they work in daily.
I'm not sure if you can pick up the vehicle, but you can definitely drop it off. They choose not to tell you this so they can charge you an extortionate amount of money for pick-up and drop-off.
This was definitely too good to be true in my experience. Just book with someone else

Customer service is awful
Customer service is awful. They charged me a delivery fee and the subscription the fee starts on the day of delivery. The car turn up at 18.00. When I complained about paying for a day that I didn't have the car I was basically told tough cancel.
Now I've given two weeks notice as they requested, and the collection fee is higher than the delivery fee. I've also been told that the monthly subscription fee is non refundable for the days after the car is collected. So it's 11 days I'm paying for that I don't have a car. So with the day lost on delivery I have paid for 12 day's subscription, with no car.
Customer service is very poor. There's a complete lack of interest in customer service, only interested in taking money for nothing in return. Will never use again, or recommend them to anyone.

So far so good!
So far so good! Contrary to other reviews customer service is excellent. The digital experience on the website is great too. If you read the website and terms all the charges are very clear. The delivery process was smooth and a small issue with the car specification was dealt with promptly. I plan to have the car for no more than 6 months so the Drive Fuze model works really well for me.

Very friendly and efficient customer service. I leased a car for 2 months while my own vehicle was in for repair. Delivery £119 and collection £149 charges were extra but still generally worked out more cost effective than hiring a car and more flexible than longer term leasing. The deposit was refunded very promptly and would definitely use again.
