Lousy loading experience, no customer service
We tried to load our EV at Arlon Ibis Driveco on March 6th. First loader reacted very slowly and eventually did not repsond at all. All it did however was accepting our € 30,- downpayment.
The second loader worked. But here we had to go back halfway the loading of our EV, because we had to do a third downpayment of € 30,-. In the end we loaded our car with close to € 60,- of electricity.
However, Driveco wrote off a full € 90,- from my account. Contacting Driveco on this is a disaster: the only way is through a complex form on their website. And even today, after more than 72 hours of downloadingour complaint not a single reaction from the customer service: not even an receipt acknowledgement.
