Amazing

A few days after signing up, I got a test date and my perfect centre. It did find the test very late at night, one week later I did my test and passed.

Drivebot is an absolute life saver

Drivebot is an absolute life saver. I had test booked in a centre that was way too far from me. It re-booked me a slot for March which annoyingly I couldn’t do. With the auto-booking feature, you have 3 attempts, so when I realised I couldn’t make the booking it had found, I contacted support and they reactivated my subscription and entered the dates I couldn’t do. Four days later, it has found me a centre and a date I could do, and booked it in automatically. Well worth the subscription fee. Contacting the support team was also a breeze. They are great!

It's legit

I don't do reviews but thought I better say something. I'm very skeptical of things. To put out more money for them to book a test was crazy to me but reviews were pretty decent and if after 7 days no test you'll get a refund so why not. I signed up on a Saturday night and by noon the next morning it gave me a date for two weeks. It was absolutely great and it worked. I also passed my test second try 🙂

Works for booking new slots, doesnt work for cancellations

DriveBot sucesfully booked a new driving test slot when they opened, but it is absolutely useless with cancellations... its found about 30 cancellations since my initial test was booked via DriveBot, its failed to book all 30 of them.

The bot's servers clearly need an upgrade as the other bots competing are managing to book it before DriveBot.

I contacted them and they said they prioritised my account, but still, many cancellations came up as available but were all taken before the bot could secure it.

Do not buy DriveBot if you want a cancellation, but definately buy it if you want to get a new driving test slot at the end of the queue.

The worst thing that I can ever…

The worst thing that I can ever experience. I bought a complete auto booking subscription. The bot used to notify me of multiple slots but never auto booked for me despite waiting for 3+ months. When I asked the customer service, they said that the slots may get available but can be booked by others before our bot books it. Soon enough I was able to secure a slot myself and so I cancelled my membership and I got a refund from drive bot as obviously they couldn't reserve any slot for me. Membership cancelled. Then suddenly after 2 months, I get a notification that my driving test has been rescheduled to a later date by drive bot, which is insane!!!! How can you do that when there is no membership and no concent from my side.Dont take their membership otherwise you might have to suffer later on. I will complain about this illegal operations to DVSA.

However, due to a network delay, our system received that update after the cancellation was processed, so the server mistakenly recognised it as a service reactivation and continued booking attempts.

Following our later communication, we’ve already re-activated your bot under your new preferred date range, and it’s now searching for a slot that matches your updated preferences. Please allow a few days for results — we’ll rebook another one based on your new requirement.

As a reminder, if you need to modify your info in the future, please do so directly from the Dashboard without using a VPN, as that can occasionally affect the connection and delay syncs.

Usually I'm always getting scammed but…

Usually I'm always getting scammed but this is legit and very good, I chose the auto service and they found me a test within 4 days, I also got confirmation from DVSA. Very impressed and will use again if i fail my test.

100% recommend

Signed up on October 20th, and on November 13th was assigned a new test, it took a little longer than some other people's experiences, but we were trying to get a test at one of the busiest and most in-demand test centres in London - so I think less than a month is pretty impressive! As soon as it was booked we got a text, an email and an automated phone call telling us the information, followed shortly by an official email from the DVSA confirming the new date. Would absolutely recommend Drivebot and I'm really relieved we finally got a date in our local test centre and don't have to do a test 200 miles away 😂

Booked my test in just within a week

Booked my test in just within a week.
On intimation my test was in only 4 days.
They delivered as they had promised.
Yes they do charge a premium but the auto booking for my preference did the job very fast.
The only risk you take is that you pay them upfront, but on the other hand for services like these where you need it the most, I need to shell the Mollah.

Amazed

My son failed his test and with no dates available on the DVSA site I decided to give this a go. Absolutely amazed to get a cancellation 2 working days later at his preferred location and only a 14 day wait for a resit.
***edit***** His test was cancelled due to snow so I signed up again with a short 2 week window-couldn't believe to get a new date through the next day from drivebot. This service is brilliant.

Hopefully I can come back to give a good review.

Not satisfied at all. Yes I already have a test date. I’m wondering why people are getting test dates within days of booking and mine took almost 3 weeks only to get a date for 3 months in advance. I’m not fully satisfied as I wanted a closer date for this November to December 2025 and I got for February 2026? How fair is this? So I’m going to start paying money for a refresher course? Thanks for the booking. But not satisfied.

I booked for premium about 3 days ago. On the website it says if no slots have been found within 7 Days I’ll be refunded. And the same website I keep seeing slots and they say found a slot don’t take any action the next message I’ll be seeing is slots already taken how? An it’s around the periods I’ve asked for. Hopefully I can come back to make a better review.

So pleased I did this

So pleased I did this! It's been a nightmare trying to get a test, this is a perfectly reasonable price to be able to sit back and wait instead of constantly checking or being too late. I got a test in my chosen time frame within around 7-10 days.
