Wasn't impressed with their product - tried to return it. Package was sent back to me. Not getting a response or help from their customer services team regarding refund

Very Good and fast

I initially had high hopes for the Dripl water tank when it arrived—it looked great and seemed to work well. However, to my disappointment, it broke without any misuse on my part. I reached out to customer support for a replacement, expecting a fair resolution, but they simply blamed me for the damage.

I know for a fact that I did nothing to cause the breakage, as it happened when I wasn’t even using it. Instead of standing by their product, they only offered me the option to purchase a new one or buy a second-hand unit at a discount. This is extremely frustrating because the issue is clearly due to poor product quality, not user mishandling.

This company is not trustworthy. I ordered something and had to wait more than two weeks before it would be delivered. On the day of the delivery DHL said I refused the package. This totally was not the case and they never rang my door or talked with me.

I had to contact Dripl about this and they told I had refused it (which, like I told, really was not the truth). I told them I didn't trust DHL to deliver it again (on time) because I needed this before the holidays. They told me I would get a refund when the package would have arrived back at their warehouse.

I contacted them when the package arrived back and suddenly they told me I would have to pay for the costs for delivering the package and for the sending back. That's more than 16 euros they would not refund for something that totally wasn't my fault.

Customer service keeps on blaming me instead of really trying to fix the issue. Never again.
