I first came across DripDrop ORS working in the emergency medical environment, as my EMS agency had it in our kit. It worked so well, I ordered it for personal use. Subscription service works well. You get a notice every month prior to your order being placed, and it’s very easy to adjust or skip shipments.

I ordered two giant packs of DripDrop from their website 11 days ago and never received any tracking. Nine days into my wait I sent them an email to see why I hadn't at least received some tracking. Their customer service got back to me the next day through email and gave me details on another order that wasn't for me. They then sent a quick update to say they got my details wrong and that they had actually flagged my order as fraud and asked that I contact them back via phone to fix it.
