Absolutely amazing. The wine is delicious, ships and delivers quickly and is very reasonably priced. Love the flexible subscription service too! Charlotte was incredible... had a few hiccups which were entirely my fault but she handled them quickly, efficiently and with a super sense of humour! Hands down the best customer service EVER!!!

This company is awful!!! They took for a while to send the item, I understood when they gave me a $200 discount to wait, but not for so long. Then my customer didn't want it and requested a refund, I sent the item unopened and they send me a picture that the item was demanded, and I know it wasn't me it was the shipping company that they picked for return, they just sent me a picture with one side of the panel lose.....Anyway stay away from this company I lost about $500 for some restock fee or whatever.

Didn't receive whole of Christmas order
Ordered special Christmas Order which was to be 12 bottles red wine, bottle opener, free delivery and vouchers both for myself and a friend on next case which was a very good deal and so I paid more than I usually pay for a case of wine to get the deal. Delivery within 2 days it said.
Waited and waited, didn't arrive. Called 4 days later and very lovely customer service lady apologised, wasnt sure what had happened and would get in touch with warehouse. She would take delivery charge off, which she did.
I then called back as should not have been charged delivery charge anyway. Received order, no bottle opener, no vouchers. She sent the bottle opener out to me separately, very apologetic. Said that the vouchers would be emailed. I said I must receive them before Christmas so that my friend could buy a case for that reason and I would buy another, as not drinking after Christmas. She said they would be sent before then.
Christmas came and went, no vouchers, checked junk mail, nothing. I have emailed them twice since and all has been ignored.
Despite the lady on the phone's good customer service manner, the actual service let them down. i would no way have paid that much for a case of wine. Will not be buying from them again after being a good customer for years.

Ordered the MasMacia Cava and when it arrived the best before was Jan 2026 leaving me with 4 days before the date passed. This was news to me as I always believed alcohol like Cava doesn't have a BB date. I raised it to customer service and they were apologetic about the issue and offered an alternative to me.
I cannot fault how good the customer service was..really easy and respectable to deal with and a solution offered immediately. Just knocking a star because I didn't get what I ordered which is what I wanted and near to gone off produce should never be sold without warning for potential safety issues that can come from consuming if I hadn't checked the bottle.

Excellent to deal with
Had a couple of issues mainly with couriers and some minor damage but Drinkwell delt with it brilliantly even compensating for my trouble as a good will gesture will continue to do business with them and I would recommend others to do the same!

We ordered directly through Traces for the first time as other online retailers (Drinkwell) did not have the product (prosecco) in stock. We ordered a case of prosecco. They sent us 7 bottles of white and rose wine. We emailed them three times, contacted them through their webpage, Instagram and Facebook and left a voicemail at their number. We even attached a photo of what they had sent (which is all still sitting in our hallway in the original box). They ignored all contact. It will now be reported to our bank as fraudulent.

These wines are the best of both worlds, packed with flavour yet low in calorie and delivered to my door. They even have a loyalty scheme which is great. Would definitely recommend, I have a regular subscription for an extra little bit of discount!

Had an issue with a wine I bought
I wanted to return as I didn’t like it.
Unfortunately their system was down so hadn’t heard back.
They eventually contacted me and I was allowed to return the unused wine.
Abi at customer service was very prompt and helpful and even sent me a little sample pack to try out.

Zero customer service.
Their courier left my case of wine on the street on Saturday instead of my safe place. I contacted them on the Saturday to let them know what had happened and followed up on Monday with images of where it was (but obviously stolen as I wasn’t home!!) No response. Nothing. Absolutely shocked, I cannot imagine they gave so many customer service contacts that they cannot so much as reply in 5 days. Disgusted.
Awful service - have they gone bust??
I have ordered from them for a good year - maybe more and the service varies from mediocre to poor. I foolishly agreed to a subscription service. The order was taken and on the specified date the money was taken from my account. No wine, no contact, no reply to multiple emails, no reply from their online chat, nor any response to multiple phone calls. They really should not take the money until the order is dispatched. SO i can only imagine this is a business in extreme distress, maybe it has gone bust. My last recourse will be to get onto my credit card company and see what they can do...

Easy to order, I had an issue with delivery but the customer service I received was first class and sorted my issue for me . They are a small team so please be patient with them and they do get back to you .
