4. Oh, and they taste great. I got 5 different things to try and I'm already building a cart for another order. Top is easily the Magic Charm bars, those are a must. Great taste and texture, filling and packed with useful ingredients. I had major surgery and recover will take some time so having a meal bar like this that I can count on is a huge help.
Side not, keep up on your preventative screenings if you have the option. A do at home mail-away poop swipe test can prevent bigger concerns in the future. Also, eat better. Peace out

New meal type with flavor!
I've tried 3-4 other meal replacement shakes and they were okay. When I tried CTRL they're really tasty with milk OR water. What I really like is that there's some fiber in there as well. It really helps when I'm rushing out the door to my work and then I can have a quick snack during work too!

I placed the order last Monday and it's still just saying "order recieved" and I've got no tracking updates at all. I'm hoping the products are worth the wait. The hoodie looks sick.

Two-4 of the bags were popped completel in shipping
Two of the bags were popped completely open everything in my order being covered in the powerder had to clean everything to discover 2 more bags are likely popped as only one seemed to be ait tight aggravated only getting one good pack out of 5 I ordered

Taste great! Overall, very happy
Very happy with the taste. While it's not a complete meal replacement (maybe I need to try it more), it's certainly filling for a few hours. Will order more in future!

I'm 44 and an army veteran who has been searching high and low for a real-deal meal replacement! CTRL is it! My favorite experience is the shakes-specifically the "Fruity Flakes" and "Cocoa Crunch" shakes, I mean wow! The flavors are so rich and it's just fun to make and drink! Thank you!!!!!!
