I didn't even have to ask when I said that I couldn't afford every month and I forgot to cancel my order and straight away, they refunded me and allowed me to keep the order that got shipped and re-arranged to what works for me. Which shows you that they put your needs first. They look at every angle and put their selves in your shoes to come to a solution. Not just what benefits them.

The amount of packaging that came with my order was staggering. The amount of cardboard compared to the actual product was about 70/30 and that is way too much. Hence the 3 stars

The order system is very flexible, enabling me to adjust the regularity of delivery dates - very useful, particularly to make sure we have sufficient to keep us healthily balanced while we’re away. AG1 presents itself as a premium, modern brand – but the actual customer experience says otherwise.
Delivery of the first order is approaching two weeks, with the package moving extremely slowly across Europe and almost no meaningful tracking or updates. No visibility, no predictability, no control.
For a subscription product, delivery is a critical part of the experience – and here it is simply catastrophic. The logistics setup feels cheap and unreliable, completely misaligned with the brand’s premium positioning.
To be fair, I have tried a sample before – the taste is excellent and the formulation appears to be very high quality. Unfortunately, the delivery experience alone is enough for me not to recommend it.

I’ve been using AG1 for about a year…
I’ve been using AG1 for about a year now, and I’ll be honest: I consider cancelling my subscription almost every month because of the £79 price tag. As a dad in a family of four with two kids under ten, that money could easily go elsewhere.
However, I stay because it works. My diet is pretty basic and lacks enough fruit and veg. Before AG1, I was always the one in the house getting hit hardest by every bug going around; I’d be ill more often and for longer than my wife. Since starting this journey, I’ve noticed a massive shift. I don't get sick nearly as often, and when I do, I bounce back much faster. Being a fit, healthy, and present dad is my priority, and for me, that’s worth the investment.

Pretty nice flavour…
I have been using Supergreens since early 2000’s but haven’t had them for a while. Decided to try AG1 to see what all the hype was about. I like the flavour it’s kind of pineapple/ apple kind of flavour. A tinge of spirulina in the back ground.
I think it’s way too expensive to be honest… not sure that I would continue it after the trial for those reasons. Would be cheaper to make up my own version.
Also a day or two after I had put in my order I saw they were offering a free gym bag for new subscribers 🤦♀️. Missed out!
