I really like the look and the scent but sadly the scent was completely gone within 48 hrs. This product is too expensive to not work.

Too expensive and DOES NOT LAST 30 DAYS.I live in a very small apartment and it's lost all the fragrance in the first week of use. I gave Drift the benefit of the doubt, and purchased again, sorry to say, the outcome was the same.
Too bad, because Grove was a very nice scent and I got alot of compliments from friends and family.

Order DR114193403 I purchased off a deal they were running. Ordered the 23rd of Sept and Oct 6 still no package. The website don’t very user friendly. I had to get tracking off shop which linked to my shop account when I put in my email when ordering. Once I got the tracking it showed my box was at the post office being held. I went to post office to pick up and the box was determined damaged by post office and there were no products in the box. Totally empty. The package wasn’t taped properly so post office attendant said it probably fell out. Went on the website and all they have is an ai agent. No live customer service person or iPhone number. I get it to save $, but if your order doesn’t go well you have to spend the time and effort to go through a time consuming process that doesn’t provide results. Let’s see what the product is like. I’ll update my review.

I ordered several scents online from their store after purchasing a starter kit in person at Walmart and liking the smell. The company auto-enrolled me onto a subscription i didn't want or ask for. It took way too many steps to get the subscription and the auto-order canceled. They have a decent product i will never order again because of their awful sales tactics.

I liked the scents and packaging but they just didn't last very long before the scents faded. I canceled my subscription a month ago but they keep trying to charge my account. Emailed for assistance. Blocked through my bank.

The actual product smells nice, but doesn’t last more than a day or two. That aside I am so sick of these companies automatically enrolling you into subscriptions without being clear about it. I was charged for a monthly subscription even after I made sure I was making a one time only purchase. And of course it’s not easy to cancel. Stay away from Drift.

Such a sneaky company! I bought a car air freshener wood block as a one-off purchase, but when I logged into my account to track the delivery (it still hasn't arrived, over 15 days later) I noticed that they had signed me up for a monthly subscription service without my knowledge! I've cancelled it now, but I find this kind of behaviour very off-putting. I'm unlikely to buy from them again (even if I do end up liking the product, if it ever arrives!).

Hard to cancel

I asked Drift to cancel my subscription on June 26, 2026, just minutes after my first order. Support replied within a minute asking for my details to locate the account, and I sent my name and address right away. On July 10 I followed up asking them to confirm the cancellation and never got a response.

On September 26, Drift charged me $60 for a new order anyway. When I contacted them, they confirmed the subscription was now cancelled but refused to refund the order because it was "already processing." That order should never have been placed.

The cancellation process is email-only (there's no way to manage frequency or cancel cleanly yourself) and their replies arrive within seconds, which suggests they're automated templates rather than anyone reading your request.

If you order, expect to be enrolled in a subscription which you cannot cancel until after they have squeezed every dollar they can get out of you—customer experience be damned.

When i got it I loved the smell but it went away after about a week. These are no different than the little tree air freshener that you can buy any place.

This company actively lies on social media claiming you can purchase the product without a subscription but its own website and customer service confirm this is not possible. This has also been raised several times to them on social media and they refuse to engage.
Amazon do sell some scents for those in the UK which would not require a subscription but they do not have all scents and are double the price (even outside of sale) advertised on drift.co

I ordered two drift home scents for a total of nearly $50. Neither of the scents were delivered, and they opted to send replacements. The replacements arrived broken and were two random scents I didn’t order. I’ve contacted customer service and have waited over a week for a response. Do not give this company your money.

The metal grip has ruined my viser , on removing it it’s screwed up the material. Very unhappy

Very difficult to cancel the subscription. Bad customer service.

Ordered a car air freshener, still waiting for after a month for it to arrive. 2-5 days advertised when purchasing.
Automatically signed me to a subscription with them, no mention when looking to buy a one off.
Buy the looks of it, if I stay as subscriber (that I'm not)I will have my second set sent out before I have even had the 1st.
AI help bot useless just keeps saying it due out for delivery the next day.
Do not recommend.

Terrible (AI?) customer service, they don't read or comprehend emails and takes way to long.

They lost a potential customer (me) because of this...

The scent was very pleasant. That part was great. It lasted like 6 days. That’s over a dollar a day for a scent. Any number of sprays or aerosols would
Have done that for 1/8 thr price. Wouldn’t ever buy again unless it was $3.

I am so frustrated with this company. I have a subscription for a scent diffuser with a product that I love. The problem is that I am sent the fragrance but not the plug in diffuser unit. I now have 10 fragrance vials but no plug in diffuser to use them! Despite having written to customer service many times with no response, and after finally connecting with an actual human agent and being charged for two plug in units, I have yet to recieve them! To add insult to injury, I just received two more fragrance vials to add to my collection! I fail to understand how this company can be so incompetent with a simple request. I am a paying customer, willing to buy more product, but I cannot get DRIFT to get it right. I am abandoning all hope and cancelling my subscription with a warning to consumers - the product is lovely, but the company management is dreadful!

Worst thing ever

First recommendation was ok but you can only get via subscriptions and they store your card info and cannot delete it I cancelled my subscription yet they still took money and sent out another the next month and I never got it !!!
They refused to help acknowledge there fraudulent activities cannot delete card info so have had to go to my bank to help they just email you the same generic rubbish
They are scammers thieves and the car stuff is not worth 60p never mind anything more
Terrible people

That’s the way the product smells and it’s very durable. Wish they had liquid refills that you can get the piece of wood instead of replacing the wood every time.
