I liked the scents and packaging but they just didn't last very long before the scents faded. I canceled my subscription a month ago but they keep trying to charge my account. Emailed for assistance... See more

What is Drift?
Written by the company
- Drift is a premium car air freshener subscription service rethinking the way car fragrance lives in modern spaces. Those little travel companions dangling from your rearview mirror? They’ve gone untouched by time. While automotive design has evolved into sleek, refined interiors, traditional car air fresheners have remained dated — both in design and ingredients.
- Fragrance is personal. It’s emotional. It should reflect who you are and create a joy-inducing experience, free from questionable chemicals. We believe the scents that fill your car deserve the same intention as the space itself.
- Drift creates long-lasting car fresheners using high-quality essential oil blends that are safe for children and pets. Our signature designs pair sustainably sourced alder wood and organic stone with clean, elevated fragrance to complement — not clutter — your interior.
- Beyond the road, Drift also offers home fragrance solutions including scent diffusers, candles, and room sprays, extending your signature scent from car to home.
- From car scent subscriptions to modern home fragrance, Drift is on a journey to create immersive atmospheres that harmonize with the open road — and with the spaces you live in every day.

Less than a one-star…
I received an email stating that my order was on its way. When I placed my first initial order, I did not realize I was signing up for a subscription. Upon receiving the e-mail I promptly canceled the subscription without issue and immediately contacted customer service to ask whether the order could be canceled before it shipped or if I would need to return it after delivery.
As soon as the order arrived, I requested a refund. I was told, "Unfortunately, we do not offer returns outside of the US at this time." Since I live close to the border, I explained that I could ship the return from within the US. I was then told" Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a shipping label for returns at this time. However, I can offer you a refund of 50% off your last order as a resolution"
I accepted the 50% refund, and received a confirmation e-mail. I asked why I was not eligible for a full refund and received no response to that question. Following another e-mail, I copied and highlighted the company's refund policy, which clearly showed that my request fell within the eligible time frame. Only then did I receive a reply that my entire order will be refunded.
I am glad the issue was eventually resolved, but no customer should have to navigate such a difficult process or exchange so many back-and-forth emails to receive a refund that complies with the company's own policy. I will not order from this company again.
Broken product, 4 ignored emails, then a charge I never authorised
Ordered a car freshener from Drift. It arrived smashed — in pieces, completely unusable.
I emailed 4 times. Not one reply. No auto-response, no ticket number, nothing. Then, while I was still waiting to hear back, my card was charged for a monthly subscription I never signed up for..
So Drift can’t ship a small object intact, can’t answer an email in over 4 weeks, but has no trouble taking money automatically. The billing works flawlessly. The customer service doesn’t exist.
I cancelled the subscription myself and raised a chargeback with my bank,
If you’re considering Drift: a product that may not survive shipping, a subscription easier to start than to stop, and a company that won’t answer you when it goes wrong.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Horrible customer service. They force auto-subscriptions and renewals, and when you try to cancel they ignore you and continue with the payment. There is no easy way to manage the subscription.
Bad scents and worse service
Scents are great and very strong for the first day or so of using, but they last a week at most before fading completely. I only bought 2 and never agreed to sign up for a subscription but was signed up anyways and their customer service refused to refund even though I sent my complaint before the shipping label was even created.
Order not fulfilled as purchased (received 3 of 8 items) ; merchant unresponsive
I placed a $117 order with Drift in June: six Wood car scents, a reed diffuser, and a free hat from their spend threshold promo. The box arrived with one car scent, a reed diffuser missing the reeds, and the hat.
I emailed support multiple times over several weeks. Every response directed me to an automated bot on their site, which consistently errored out and told me it couldn't proceed. I never reached a person.
After weeks of this I disputed the charge with American Express and submitted photos of the box contents, the delivery confirmation (which I never contested), and my full email history. Drift's response to Amex was a delivery confirmation and nothing else. The charge was reinstated.
Worth noting: this order shipped at 1.5 lb with a hat included. My December order — nearly identical minus the hat — was 1.7 lb. Draw your own conclusion about whether six car scents were in that box.
The product is fine. The fulfillment and support are not, and if something goes wrong there is no way to reach a human.
Don’t buy it
I did manage to cancel subscription soon after I ordered (well I hope I did anyways) but it never arrived. I did get a reasonable response from customer service who sent out a replacement. The replacement arrived today as has absolutely no scent at all. Total waste of money. Can’t be bothered to fight for a return and refund. Advice is don’t buy it
SCAM FORCED SUBSCRIPTION HARD TO CANCEL

I ordered from them never got any confirmation acknowledgement and they will not answer emails. Terrible customer service service. Thought I would give them a try oh well. I have been using this knock off brand I get from Amazon never an issue and smell great. Drift all hype it seems

Avoid this company like the play they are nothing but a rip off you never get any good through trying to deal with them or their customer service. I got robbed for the original order never came, but I paid for it and subscribed oils came. I paid for them, but because I didn’t get the original order I couldn’t use the two oils that came so about $19 and some change for the order that didn’t come $28 and some change for the two oils I got that I couldn’t use because I didn’t get the diffuser and the original order. I have been emailing this company back-and-forth for months on end. I even did a claim through my bank which the company wouldn’t honor so yeah this company absolutely sucks in their products not that great either it smells like cheap bro. it’s no Pura for sure.
Hit and miss on how long the scent…
Hit and miss on how long the scent lasts. And they get you on the subscription every time which not only forces you to contact them to cancel but you must contact them to change the delivery date. They also do that cute little thing where there is no notification that the subscription is being shipped. And of course there are no returns. Dirty all the way around
Scammers
Average scents, but what a bunch of scammers!! Please Aviod. automatically subscribe you then the website works perfectly until you try to unsubscribe. just errors out and i've tried multiple devices on multiple internet connections
Faded in 8 days..
I saw drift on Instagram first and I also found this wood air fresheners at supermarket. I picked two pack of Amber scent and smell great on first time but it faded about 8 days. I saw their Instagram advertising again and left a comment it fades quickly then customer support contacted me and she told me that I got wrong one and she guaranteed one pack last 30 days and sent me replacements. I thought their customer support is great. But that replacements faded quickly again. I spent four packs in a month and all faded less than a month. They say cheaper prices on advertisement but their webpage has different prices. And scents faded quickly so that is why they want to sell off this product at a rock-bottom price. The Amber scent is wonderful, but it's a shame that it doesn't last long.
If I could not award any star
If I could not award any star, I would.
The product just ordinary, but once you ordered, you are automatically put on subscription without you realizing it.
This is BAD! and it is hard to cancel. So, do not buy from them.
Hate that it is a subscription
Hate that it is a subscription! Got scents I never even ordered. Pain in the butt to try to cancel subscription. Web site is a joke. I tried numerous times to connect with the company never got a response.
Warning: Charged for unexpected monthly subscription
I bought a Drift air freshener, and the following month my card was charged for two more without my consent. It turns out purchasing from their site automatically enrolls you into an aggressive auto-ship subscription that is very difficult to track and cancel. Watch your bank statements closely. Unethical business practices!

The scent was really strong for about 3 days....it faded fast and after about 8 to 10 days....I couldn't smell it at all. I was very disappointed with how long it lasted.
Please do not order from Drift Goods
Please do not order from Drift Goods. I inadvertently was set up for a subscription after I purchased a BOGO $13 deal then received another Drift order for $20 about 2 weeks later. That’s how they make their money. And the worst part is the scent was overpowering and only lasted about 2 weeks in my car. This is such a ripoff! Please do not order from this company. They need to be shut down.
I ordered the stone and the initial…
I ordered the stone and the initial scent straight out of the package was good but it didn't last long. I drove all weekend with my windows down and the stone dried out in those 2 days. So I decided to order another one to see how long it would last without the wind. The scent was faint after 9 days. I will NOT be ordering again.
Disappointed
Bought 2 of these and after 8 days they’re both done. For the price I’d expect at least the full 30 days so to say I’m disappointed is an understatement and I won’t be using again.
