Customer support is excellent. Applying for medication is easy and delivery was free and next day. Post support has been brilliant as well. Best weight loss clinic I have used.

Access to the product was considered but relatively straightforward. Timing of deliveries has varied dramatically over the past 5 months but significantly improved in the last two. Thanks to the service and product I have managed to reverse my pre-diabetes in 5 months and now feel, and look much healthier.

I lost about 5-6 kg in 6 weeks,I'm in my second month of
Mounjaro 2,5 ml. My belly is smaller, my body shape is coming back!
Also I have some side effects like: heartburns very often and sometimes my intestines are soaring and sensitive, this is the reason I'm not ready to increase the dose, I prefer it low and slow.

Placed an order for pen on Friday and after not receiving any direct confirmation by Monday afternoon had contact with James who was so helpful and reassuring during the whole processes. James was able to chase up the order and confirmed that all should be processed and sent and that I should look out for dispatch confirmation email. Fast forward to Tuesday morning received a dispatch email by 9.30am. Very easy ordering process, quick dispatch and great communication with James throughout the whole process. Very happy with the service received.

After Dr Frank's changed my medication without my permission and charged me for the more expensive one I stopped my order and contact them. No reply! Over a 2 month period I contact them 5 times and got no reply. They continued to charge me and then refund me bits and pieces. Never the full amount and never replied to my emails or bot chat. At the time their phone number was down so had no choice but to contact my card supplier and get the money back through them. I would highly recommend NOT using this company! They take your money, change your prescription without asking and do not reply to any communications. Save yourself the hassle and use someone different. One of the worst companies I have ever used. If I could give them a zero star review, I would!

Ordered, didn’t send out the order or respond to any of my emails. I actioned a dispute with PayPal to get my money back to which I did. Dr franks only responded to my emails asking where my order was when I raised the dispute. Do not purchase from them, there are so many other great providers such as BOLT, pharmacy 2 u, voy and juniper. If you have ordered from dr franks and having the same issues raised in all of these reviews go to your bank and raise a dispute to get your money back.

First order was good but decided to come off the medication. Was then sent a discount if I ordered again so I did. Took my money but no order confirmation, no tracking available and no replies to emails.

Unfortunately I was sent a cracked MJ pen so unusable, contacted the company 2 weeks ago about this and have yet to have a response. Awful communication, and I’m down a pen and £120!
