I ordered a pair of Nordic Fur Black boots. Within the first month, the sole on the right boot has gone wide opened. After e-mailing with their customer service team backwards and forwards, they admitted it was not acceptable and sent me a new pair which I was happy with at the time. Only the same thing happened again, both of the soles got cracked opened after just a month of wearing the boots. I requested a refund as I lost the trust in this company's products and so far I haven't even received a response. Absolutely shocking, I'd never order anything with their name on it ever again.

Poor customer service. You can born to replace your item, have to pay for the return and then wait up to 3 months to get your money back. RUN AWAY!

70 days ago I ordered shoes which were payed 210€ and still I haven’t received any. I asked them to return my money, contacted my bank and still no refund has been made. I can’t belive I have to deal with this since this is supposed to be a reliable brand. I see many people have the same experience and I strongly advice you not to shop from them. It is so frustrating. My money has been stolen and they treat me like an idiot. I want my money back

Bought the glasses which took 3 weeks to arrive. I didn't like them so I returned them. A month after postage I have revived an email saying I am (finally)being refunded. No money in my account and being told it can take up to 10 days. Terrible at replying to emails. Do not buy from this company. Awful is the nicest word I can use to describe their customer service.

Fake reviews...

I looked at all the positive reviews and it looked good but don't do It. I was fooled by the good prices. The size is all messed up and only fits my 5-year-old brother. It took over a month to get the glasses and now I try to return, but they don't even have a number to call. Not a scam just a bad company. Spend some more, and do yourself a treat of not feeling let down.

Very bad communication, super long delivery (in fact after more then month I still do not have my order!!! I payed and did not recieve anything). Asked for refund but they refused. UNSATISFIED!

Received the sunglasses I ordered after 3-4 days. They’re absuloutely beautiful, perfect fit. Would have paid double !

I ordered 2 sunglasses in July and I had to wait 2 MONTHS (!!!) till they arrived. Unfortunately this was way to late to use them in the summer holidays. During these two months we tried to contact the customer service and (of course) we had to wait a really long time for a response and at a certain moment they didn’t answer anymore. On top of that, one of the glasses was fully damaged. Besides all of this, the sunglasses look fine.

Bad Communication. Im waiting three weeks for two sunglasses. They have a support who reacts too late en is have nog clear reaction. They don’t take their responsibility. Be aware.

Very poor website that didn’t process the 241 offer at the point of payment. Awful customer service, has taken me 3 weeks to get a reply of anyone! Having to pay for shipping when the mistake is not my fault.

Incredibly disappointed.

Products are okay, decent quality. Hard to know exactly what your getting tho as all the images are so photoshopped on the website.

Poor communication and made it extremely hard to return an item, I gave up in the end. BEWARE!

Dr.Franklin Panchakarma center is a best Ayurveda hospital in Kerala and its offers all ayurvedic treatments and therapies like Panchakarma, Weightloss treatments etc. It offers classy accommodation facilities and is also a very good health resort.
