Horrific customer service
My sandals were delivered on 22 May 2026 and immediately stolen. As the retailer, Tradeinn (responsible for Dressinn) is responsible for resolving this situation for their customers. I provided a Metropolitan Police (London) report, and a Royal Mail (last mile carrier) claim number.
After no clear response was provided by Tradeinn, I started following up, just to ask for INFORMATION- I want to know the timeline, process, and resolution I can expect. Over the course of 38 days (and counting) and countless emails, I received the same empty response, on repeat: "We have sent your query to the corresponding department. We will contact you as soon as possible."
On June 16, finally "As soon as the corresponding department have any information about your case, they will contact you back. This should not take longer than a few working days.We will keep you informed, thanks for your patience." Except, they never followed up. In response to my subsequent emails, they were curt and continued to provide NO INFORMATION, just empty responses.
I ordered these sandals to enjoy in the summer. It is now well into the season, and I have neither the sandals nor my money back, while the company continues to send me hollow replies with zero substance.
I'm sharing this so other UK customers know: if something goes wrong with your order, do not expect this company to give you any information... document everything from day one

Beware, Australian buyers. Don’t be fooled by the glowing 5-star reviews—my experience has been completely different. I would strongly recommend avoiding this seller.
I placed this order on 19 June 2026, and after more than a week it still hasn’t even been shipped. The tracking remains stuck at “In transit to our dispatch centre” and “Preparing for shipment” with no meaningful progress or explanation.
For an order worth A$187.35, this level of delay is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long just for an item to be dispatched, especially when payment has already been taken. The lack of communication makes the experience even more frustrating.
Very disappointed with the service. I expected much better and will think twice before ordering again.

What a fantastic service
What a fantastic service. Searching for a better price on an item in the UK I found their website showing a great saving if buying from Italy. I was a little suspicious but everything looked good and I checked it out before buying and all looked secure. As soon as I had purchasd I recieived an email with receipt and tracking information and confidently sat back and waited for delivery. The delivery was prompt on the day and I cannot fault the whole process. Buying something made in the UK but much cheaper in Italy seems odd but that's world economics I guess. Very happy to recommend and would definitely look to buying from them again.

Great product. Good price. The only issue is they used Royal Mail to deliver and they are just awful! Delayed and incorrect tracking information. Then one random night, I received a knock on my door at 11.08pm and lo and behold … Royal Mail delivered

Great range of products and swift delivery. Returns policy and process let it down badly. Personally I think returns should be free but if you are charging they should at least be at market rate. £11 to post a single garment across London is not on. It then took 4 weeks to be refunded.
