A quality dressing table very well made and easy to follow instructions. Looks much more expensive than it was and is just perfect for the room - company provided excellent delivery communications and customer service was really responsive

Delivery was as expected in 2 drops. The dressing table is of good quality. The instructions were very poor, however it all fitted well together. Looks fabulous in our bedroom

Looks fantastic. Fairly easy to put together once I understood the instructions. At first thought lights had been missed in order but they soon arrived a day after the desk.
Was just what my daughter was looking for

Amazing dressing table, solid well made, excellent value for money. Kept up to date with emails, arrived quickly within one week, all 3 boxes. No complaints at all!

Terrible experience, damaged goods, empty promises from seller, had to go through PayPal to get my refund, avoid!!!

Awful company. Item arrived damaged with parts missing. Seller not interested in arranging courier of the 2 extremely large and heavy boxes. Pay a little more and buy elsewhere with far better service

Built this vanity by myself only needed help with the draws as they screw on. I really love the build quality of this table. The delivery was delayed and I struggled to track the item but the staff at this company helps me straight away each time I emailed them and really fast. The price was really good giving 5 stars even with delayed delivery because the company helps me out so fast. Well worth it my partner loves it. Thankyou

The only email received was when I purchased goods. I paid someone to assemble the dressing table but it was not worth it. Very flimsy, unstable and cheap looking. They are not being truthful about costs. I then found the same online at a quarter of the price. Now I cannot send back as I do not have packaging. Total waste of money

The worst flat pack I have ever or tried to assemble. The instructions identify each component with a letter and number but none of the components are numbered accordingly!!!!! The door and drawer metal fixings could not be fitted as per instructions. I had to employ help and it really was a lot of guesswork. It was eventually assembled. The dressing table was described as white “high gloss”. I was disappointed to find that only the drawer and door fronts were high gloss.
Not a good experience.

The experience was very good until I fixed my vanity and seen some marks on the sides of the draw that opens which I’m not very happy about. Hope you can solve this issue and make my experience better as everything else was perfect just this one thing that ruined it.

Quick delivery, Instructions were not easy to understand. You need to number each part to coincide with the plans. Plan booklet is too small.
Finished product is fine, but try to make life easier for the person putting it together.

Impressed. Easy to order. Measurements good. Seems sturdy and quite good quality. Bit fiddly to put together but there are lot of drawers and shelves. Instructions ok, just follow and be organised. Kept informed of delivery days.

I received my 3 packages but had no instructions with any of the pieces of wood. It also seems like there is 12 drawers fronts and 2 mirrors! Are these even the right pieces.

I was unable to find a way to contact dressingtableshop via the website contact page - it every time says the characters entered are wrong. So I have my order - and no way of contacting dressingtableshop other than making a trust pilot review.

Dont buy from here - not worth wasting your time.

Absolutely love the dressing table! The delivery was delayed but I was kept informed at all times. Assemble of the dressing table took around 4 hours but a video was provided and instructions. Overall, very happy customer.

The dressing table was well priced, delivered quickly, all materials came intact, and the finished product looks good. This is the extent of the "good" that I experienced. Upon retrieval of my first delivery, I noticed that the 2 boxes which were sent contained identical parts. The company was swift in sending me the correct box needed for assembling the entire vanity. However, as I then began assembling the unit, I realized that the instruction manual I was sent was missing 9 steps in the middle. The booklet jumped from "step 5" to "step 14." Thankfully, I have blessed with a knack for puzzles and was able to build the unit despite not having instructions on how to do so. I was very disappointed with the disorganization of this company and all the back and forth that would have been necessary in order to then receive the right materials AND correct instruction manual. The only complaint about the materials I received was that the drawers get caught on the screws given as they are not flush to the railing.

I have only received box 1. Where is the number 2 box. I can’t build my dressing table

Item was delayed by 3 days and there was an issue with its tracking but it arrived undamaged and easy to put together and looks fantastic
