I found the exact toilet pan specification I was looking for on the Drench website. Ordering was easy, and delivery was made on my requested date. I was kept informed throughout the process, including being given a time window the evening beforehand. The delivery team were on time, and delivered my toilet pan and seat into a room in my house ready to be fitted next week. Excellent service.

All items were of great quality arrived as pre arranged. Unfortunately the cistern was broken but contacted Drench and was swiftly organised for full new toilet and cistern to be delivered which arrived in perfect condition.
Customer Service was exceptionally good and delivery prompt and kept well informed.

First Drench order..and the last.
Bath scratched, tried to refuse but delivery men could speak zero English and were not interested. First bath side and end ordered was discontinued after purchase. Replacement offered and accepted EXCEPT the end panel wasn't included. That was returned. Returns procedure isn't easy BUT they did process it eventually on a Friday and collected next working day.

Make sure you get large items via Palletways
The first bath had marks on it. I'll be honest, this may have nothing to do with Drench but is far more likely to be the logistics/delivery partner BJS who are pretty poor to say the least. Having a three-hour window for both delivery and collection and to be on average an hour later than that isn't really good enough either. Palletways (who delivered the second bath) are far and away a better organisation.
