1 Star – Extremely Unsafe, Negligent and Traumatizing Experience (Not Safe for Women)
I did the trek to Kedarkantha through Dream Trip, and this turned out to be one of the most unsafe and disturbing experiences of my life.
During the trek, I got injured. Instead of helping me, the assigned guide, Sanjay Rawat, left me alone midway in the forest and went ahead. I was abandoned in a remote area with no proper support, no supervision, and no safety assurance. I lost my way and somehow managed to reach the camp after struggling on my own.
Later, even with an injured leg, I had to manage everything by myself. At one point, I had to handle the situation alone at night without any proper assistance. There was no structured emergency response, no responsible staff checking on my condition, and no serious concern for my safety.
Descending with an injured leg in such harsh terrain is extremely dangerous. If something worse had happened, the consequences could have been severe. What if this happens to another female traveler? What if another trekker is left alone in the forest? The lack of accountability is frightening.
The guide’s behavior was rude, arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There was zero empathy and zero support when it was most needed.
I had booked a Delhi-to-Delhi package, but the commitments mentioned were not fulfilled. I had to arrange my return travel on my own. The promised meals were also not properly provided. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response from the company and no refund processed.
This is not just about poor service — this is about basic safety negligence.
As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe at all. I strongly advise others, especially women and solo travelers, to think very carefully before booking with this company.

TOTAL SCAM!

I was introduced to this company when my network marketing company merged with My Daily Choice. At the time, Dream Trips was heavily promoted, and as a brand ambassador, we were promised a free cruise, for 2 (4 nights) if we paid a membership to Dream Trips for 6 consecutive months.
We were supposed to get excellent perks using the membership, but I quickly found the prices very comparable, and sometimes even more expensive than booking through a travel agent. And worst of all, almost every booking i would look into was non refundable, which I never like to do. I took the chance on one occasion, and got burned when an emergency happened and I was out a lot of money.

But that IS NOT WHY I AM WRITING THIS.

I would've canceled the membership after 3 months when I realized it wasn't worth the price in the least, BUT I was halfway to earning that FREE CRUISE, right? for TWO. That was too good of a deal to pass up on, so I continued paying $100/month, knowing it would pay off in the end.

Long story short- my "VOUCHER" redemption saved me a whopping $38 on a cruise. You heard that right. It paid for my fare only....and the total amount given to me was 38 dollars less than my travel agents amount.

In other words- I spent $600 to save $38. WOW.

I contacted the general manager regarding this voucher and was told there was nothing further that could be done. I AM LIVID. What a SCAM!

I wish I could give negative…

I wish I could give negative reviews.....The person named Navneet is just a goon he abuses like a pro only there for hacking money from the customer I request if you think that after Booking he will help you then you are a fool...he is such a goon type of person pathetic experience with this company I made a complaint to consumer court and will surely file an official complaint against Navneet

Best saving, great discounts

I don't know what happened in previous years, but the company has an updated program since May 2024, and I decided to try this club, as I have been looking for good prices on hotels and resorts for a long time.
I did my homework, registered in the club, compared prices, and what I saw was that the list of hotels is really very large, even small cities are present, and it is possible to find good discounts on hotels up to 60%. Of course, it all depends on what area of ​​​​the city you want to stay in, but in any case, I found good savings for my family, and I am staying in this club!

Everything IS MORE EXPENSIVE

Everything cost more than if you go directly to the hotel and rental websites. Not looking good as a new member. Can't get support to speak to me about why there are no TRUE discounts.

Brilliant company and loads of AMAZING…

Brilliant company and loads of AMAZING travel club benefits - On my Recent trip to the Gold Coast I was able to save $90 per night on my accomodation right in the middle of Surfers paradise and we were able to book Beach front apartments.

Also Thanks to Dream Trips - I am making a child hood dream come true I am booked to go to Hawaii on November - this would not have been possible to go on this DREAM TRIP if it wasn't for this AWESOME travel club.

My Friend is off to USA for 6 weeks and thanks to DTI they have been able to save AT LEAST $3000 on their holiday...

This company is not what it states it…

This company is not what it states it is. They promise the world and that's ok if you live in the US or Europe but in Australia we have nothing no trips. the people running the Australian side don't answer questions or help at all, its just all about get money form people to sign up. i have sent so many emails and questions and got nothing in return. I have asked for a refund and told NO way as there is options for me in Australia but that is just a lie there is nothing here. This is so disappointing you pay thousands of dollars for something and get nothing in return. i even asked for a portion of my refund and just no response at all. When you dont have a lot of money and save like crazy to start this and end up with nothing it is distressing and has cause a lot of grief and hardship.. Also i tried to change my bankdetails on line and was told i cant do that but i said the number they have on file is not correct and has the wrong expiry but somehow they where still able to take the monthly fee out of it. This has to be fraud. Help please

Dreamtrips - buyers be aware !

Worst experience in my life joining the Newly launched Dreamtrips .. who promote as an Independent Business Owner you first priority is to go on a Dreamtrip! Well in Australia 🇦🇺 there isn’t one Dreamtrip on their website as promised by our uplines Kylie Thomson who is Australia’s Top recruiter in Dreamtrips’s …and Michael Catlow in USA - I was refused to get my refund 2 days after I upgraded ($2100) but when I asked for their Policy and Procedures Policy to see where it states No refunds I was told they did not have one. After much questioning and obviously threatening to expose them I was told they made a mistake but I am still waiting for my refund todate and as for my subscription for memberships fees paid 3 June 2022 ($450 USA ) the Company Dreamtrips have blatantly refused a refund even though they have not delivered on their promise.. of an Australian Dreamtrip to date! Buyer beware … is my advise to joining this MLM company who promise the world 🌎 but do NOT deliver

Updated :- I got the refund for my upgrade $2039 but NOT the $60 international fees refund and they still refusing to refund me my memberships fees paid to date $450 USA even though there as of todate 2/9/22 there is NO Australian Dreamtrip on their website another concern which customer service did not answer is the fact that Worldventures who is bankrupt is still showing up on the bank transaction???

I will be reporting this to the Federal TradeCommission, Better Business Bureau and States general attorneys office in the USA as unfortunately ACCC and ASIC can’t help here in Australia as it’s an American based Company !

Impossible to cancel the membership .

Impossible to cancel the membership .

This company seems to be a fraud ! It is impossible to cancel the membership account ! I have sent 3 stiffener emails And when I finally got a reply they redirect me to support team . No email have been provided and no phone number ! It is impossible for me to find any phone number or any email address ! The customer service seems to be based on an authoreply as there is so much disregard and lack of interest for your customers ! I’m expecting someone to reply to my emails and cancel my membership ASAP !

Algarve Dreamtrip.

We went on a family holiday to Algarve. We had a fantastic time with a fantastic host. With all that was included in the trip we saved over €3 600.
The kids had the holiday of their lives.
