Terrible Customer Service Rep

I have ordered a lot from Dreamruns lately and initially was very happy with their prices and selection. I am building a garage bike workshop and am building my first mountain bike, and I have ordered many of my parts from these guys. This week, however, I received an order which did not include 2 things I had paid for (disc brake levers). When I contacted customer service, they just told me “warehouse said it was in there”, and that was it. Then they sent me a copy of the delivery notification. What?! Truly terrible…

Quick shipping

Ordered Giro cycling shoes - was unsure how the shopping experience would go because they were much cheaper than other online options, but I rolled the dice. Pleasantly surprised - received the exact product 2 days after ordering, no issues.

Stealthily Substitute My Order

I ordered a pair of Burton Women's BOA Felix Snowboots in Blue/Gray from Dreamruns, they put a pair of Limelight Snowboots inside of the shoebox of Felix and shipped to me. After receiving the wrong item, I immediately contacted my shipping courier for camera footage, and provided all the evidence to Dreamruns. No apology or reasonable solution, Dreamruns would only refund if I return the item on my own costs, and then never replied. Ridiculous inventory mgmt and customer service, customer should never pay for their fault, not to mention their staff could've been benefiting from such stealthily substitutes for times.

Ordered a pair of Smith 4D Goggles which was listed on sale for a good price. After 2 days got an email from them saying :- Due to an inventory error, we are unable to complete your order. Refund has been initiated. I don't expect this from an e-commerce site. complete waste of my time.

Ordered a full face helmet

Ordered a full face helmet, at a fantastic price. Recieved free 1-4 shipping. I placed my order at 10pm on a Friday, they shipped it on Saturday and I was wearing my helmet Monday!

Great service

Great service! Ordered Giro Zone helmet and Smith Goggles. First off, the price was the cheapest I could find. Received my order promptly and then realized that my head wasn't as big as I though :-( So, I asked if I could exchange the helmet and received mailing label as soon as they opened in the morning. All e-mail communications were prompt and clear, i'll recommend them to my ski buddies.

Not satisfied

I ordered a lens replacement weeks ago and haven't received it yet. I'm leaving tonight for a snowboard trip and I'm not pleased with how long it has taken to arrive.

Bad audio & paper work

Your Web page and manual for the G4 Gimbal are very confusing. Out of 5 stars I give your manual one star. The unit only gets one star because Gimbal generated noise is conducted to my Sony action cam microphone thru the mounting. The noise is loud enough to damage any conversation we are recording. Fix the paper work and get rid of the noise & the Gimbal will get 5 stars.

Dreamruns services

I recently purchased a rare (difficult to obtain) Feiyu gimbal for Sony action CAMs at a very good price and I am extremely please with the service.
First: I sent an e-mail to Dreamruns', at an odd hour on a Sunday, and got a very fast reply (from Mr. Spencer Ellis) within minutes that they had it in stock!
Second: I live at the other end of the country (east coast) in CANADA and shipping was extremely fast. Got my order in few days, in time for my vacation!
Third: I got follow up e-mails to inquire about my purchase. You see the company (Dreamruns) cares about you.
