Beware of this company - very unprofessional and shady!

I want to share my experience to warn others about these kinds of practices. This was my conversation with the rental company, and it became clear that they are not to be trusted:

My message to the rental company:

"My guy, I’ll be straight with you. I’ve been renting with different companies for a year, and I’ve never heard of paying someone a guarantee for an agreement we just made, especially after sharing my private details. Rental companies take my money and ghost me.
First of all, in business, you introduce yourself—who you are and what role you have in the company. Secondly, not being able to meet you at the rental place says a lot and honestly feels really shady. So, I won’t be renting with you.
I’m a person who is straight with the people I deal with, and I’ll express this feeling in a Trustpilot review. Have a good day."

It’s unbelievable that this company immediately asked for a guarantee payment after I shared my personal information, without a proper introduction or meeting on location. I’ve had bad experiences before with rental companies who took my money and then ghosted me. This felt exactly the same.

This is not how you do business with people! This seems like a scam, and I want to warn others not to fall for it. If you come across this company, be very careful. They will probably respond to this review, but don’t believe it. These kinds of practices are really not trustworthy!
