Great comms from the DHS basec about delivery time. Also great comms from Stass, the delivery driver, who kept us updated while on the road. Stass was also courteous and efficient with the drop itself. The item we bought is elegant, solid and easy to assemble.

Oak Effect Double Wardrobe…
Ordered an Oak Effect Double Wardrobe with Drawer and Hanging Rail on Thursday the 6th of August and it was delivered Saturday the 8th of August, super fast delivery time. The people were so nice to deal with, answered my query email very quickly. The delivery driver Stass was lovely bringing the bigger box of 2 round the back for us, doing a great job, considering how hot it was. Overall experience of ordering, delivery, quality of product, I can only give it 10 out of 10, superb ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐. Many thanks. Soooo good I have ordered the sideboard to match.

Worst service we’ve ever received from…
Worst service we’ve ever received from a large company.
Bed and mattresses was brought by a grand parents as a moving in present and they ordered the wrong size mattress. Dreams refuse to take the old mattress back which hasn’t been used, even know we don’t want a refund. We just didn’t want to throw a brand new mattress in the rubbish. They clearly do not care about the environment.
On top of this my other half is pregnant and the delivery company just left the mattress and bed at the front door. I had to come home from work to take them in the house.
I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Terrible customer service.

I am very happy with the tv unit
I am very happy with the tv unit, easy to assemble, everything was perfect thank you so much! I purchased it on Friday, and Saturday I have received it, I expected to receive it on Monday. I also want to highlight Otis the delivery driver, the unit was very heavy and he managed to put the unit where it was safe as I was not at home, and I would like to say a big thank you to him. He is definitely did a great job! I would definitely recommend them as everything was perfect from the purchase till the unit assembly. Thank you again!

Excellent customer service
I received the Blisswood bed 2 days ago and opened it to check parts. It appeared part 11 was missing. I contacted the company via online chat before 9am on a Saturday morning and the agent Harsh was very helpful. He explained it was a wooden bar and could be located with the wooden slats. A photo was sent to me to show me where it should be. Excellent customer service.

Velvet ottoman bed

No complaint about the delivery
No complaint about the delivery. The guy helped me to put it in my bedroom was very kind of him , but the wardrobe is very poor quality. I bought it because the reviews was good and it looks very nice in the picture but in was completely different.
No chance this wardrobe was nearly £500. It had been damaged without being used.
Do not buy it. You can find a better one in IKEA

Customer service is non-existent
The quality of the shoe cabinet I ordered is good. I built the cabinet and then discovered that there were no screws for the 2 double hooks that are provided for the side of the cabinet.
Edit: I finally got a response from the company offering to send out replacement screws, however, they didn't appear to know what size to send (they told me they were 'standard size' and I could pick them up locally). At their insistence, I have anended my 1 star review (which could have been changed to 4 stars if I hadn't felt pressured).
