Good product, poor customer service. I placed the order on Friday and paid for next-day delivery, but received it on Tuesday. I emailed them, and they replied a month later, claiming there was a business holiday, which clearly wasn’t the case. If you need next-day delivery for any reason, don’t rely on them.

Absolutely useless purchased a £1,400 Robo Vac and now I am asking how I am suppose to hook up it up to auto refill water and remove waste as advertised on their site and I am just getting no where, they cannot even tell me what part I need to order.

It was a big reason to why I purchased the product.

I purchased a Z20 Vacuum from Dreamestore.co.uk. The build quality is very poor! The latches that connect different attachments don’t hold and snap open. But more importantly the actual vacuum unit has come apart where the plastic is connected and falling apart. This was day two that I had the vacuum. More frustrating is when I contacted after sales they were very unhelpful. I wanted a replacement but the processed it as a refund so I was waiting for a new one for some time. Also they wanted all of the attachments dismantling and sending back, they wouldn’t just replace the broken vacuum unit. Trying to repackage it was a nightmare. The base unit it sits on once it’s been assembled it can’t be dismantled unless you break it to fit it back in the box it came in. You need a degree in tessellation!!
