World 3rd class panel i ever seen!

The order is being processing from 15 days. No in progress, no cancel or noting. They said they can not do anyting. Their order will be complete or anything automatically.

So, if the order is still processing for 1 year? Why should a client wait 1 year to complete the order?

while the others panel are good. They are responsible. They cancel instantly if the order has been processing or is not working.

I’ve been using this site for more than 4 years. It works and there are no issues, but it has a lot of fake accounts and bots. For example, a "followers guarantee" section says a timeframe of 365 days, but followers sometimes appear after 7 days, or 5 days, or a month — all the followers eventually show up. When you contact them, most are unhelpful; they neither refund your money nor increase the followers.

I worked with them for years as a trusted costumers, their service is very bad , costumer service are helpless without any professional treat to costumer requests, and the website services are always down and expensive and without cancel button! So they literally scam their costumers and steal them . If you bought a service it can stay in progress for days and you will get nothing it will stuck in progress for days and when you ask them to cancel it they will say that they can’t, they won’t refund your money , so literally they are scammers .

They Make You Pay for Order and after You Pay they mark the Order Completed not even Delivering one Percent of the Order
and when You Reach Out Via support and open a Ticket they say there is no Guarantee for the Service You ordered if there is no Guarantee then why the Hell do You have Customer Support?
Stay away if You do not want to Lose Your Money

SCAM
Their job is to steal people's money and not implementing the service is one of the most failed Arab sites.

Worst panel ever.
1 - They refuse to cancel and refund orders, even if they haven't started processing them. Orders remain processing for days without being fulfilled.
2 - They increased prices tenfold overnight without any prior notice.
3 - Customer support is useless and unhelpful.

They're STEALING our money and operating like SPAMMERS.

The most bad customer service i've seen in the internet they never give you an honest answer. The order is under processing for +15 days and they refuse to fix it or give a refund.

Exercise caution when dealing with this service, as I've experienced delays with orders remaining in Pending/In Progress status.

Despite raising a ticket to initiate resolution, progress has been elusive.

It's advisable to explore alternatives to safeguard your financial interests.

Very poor service, I do not recommend it
Technical support lacks good communication with customers
There is no request that I have requested that I do not see errors in it
Either the service is delivered in a different description than what is offered
Or the full service is not received

They are scammers they will never give you an answer
Never order from them
They let me wait for 3 days and they did not deliver my order or refund me
