I ordered 2 tablets, ended up with 6. Company claims I ordered 6. However, my ordering info is nowhere to be found. I never would have ordered 6 for a product I had not yet tried!

This product was a complete waste of money. I am highly annoyed at myself that I didn’t read reviews before I wasted my money and the company charged me two separate fees, which I found highly suspect. After one use, I threw it out… It’s not worth the cabinet space it takes to store. Incidentally, I waited close to two weeks to receive this even though their website says you get it in 3 to 4 days if I had known it was coming from China I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place.

I just saw £70 was asked for this purchase of 15.99 how can the get away with this scam

I ordered DrClean multi-purpose spray cleaner at their official website. It came with a spray bottle and 10 tablets, which I paid Au$41. I likewise ordered toilet bowl stain cleaner. Both products works effectively and amazing. Thus, rating them with 5 star. It's a bit expensive but I am very happy with my purchase. I will definitely re-order from them. Happy customer + effective cleaning stuff = happy house cleaner & happy cleaning clients. Thank you DrClean Team.
I think the original DrClean multipurpose spray is made in the US because there is none here in Australia. The EBAY and AMAZON have DrClean spray oven cleaner advertised but when you look carefully on the spray bottle, there is no label of "Dr. Clean" Their spray bottle is quite different from what I have.

A Scam , Ordered a for £15,99 and £78 was taken from my account. No confirmation received, Contacted my credit card company immediately and cancelled my card and they will try and retrieve my money. However there is a genuine Dr Clean based in Isle of Wright and they are fed up of getting calls about this other company.

I was about to order drcleanspray.com on Amazon site but after looking at the videos and images I tried to see if there was any reviews. for such a great product there was just one very bad review, so I tried similar products. No reviews at all, so I tried Trustpilot and was glad I did.
will not be ordering. Amazon is a good company and should not slur its name with these kind of BAD press.

I read the reviews & was glad I did as was really tempted to order. My recommendation is Lakeland oven cleaner & separate grill cleaner

What a RIP OFF. Internet "special" cost me $46.40 for 12 tablets including shipping & tax and a 2nd charge for $6.41, 5 days later for "shipping insurance".

Exact product is available at Walmart and other stores for $14.89, also with 12 tablets.

Do not be tempted to buy this because what you see is not what you get.
You will get a cheap flimsy plastic bottle and dissolving tablets. Nothing has the Dr. Clean brand on it, it is nothing more than a fake product with no cleaning properties at all.
To get 100% refund you have to return as received at cost to you otherwise, if you complain you will be offered 65% back for the product, not shipping so in effect 50%.
They also put the pay by PayPal button before the basket and it immediately takes the order, you are not aware of the shipping cost and an additional added shipping cost for speedier service and insurance.
Absolute scammers!

I wish I had seen the Trust Pilot reviews, these scammers have taken 2 payments of £72 from my bank account, I was lead to believe this product was only a few pounds. The bank can't do anything

I wish I never saw this drclean. I only wanted one ,I've been charged about £65.00. I want my money back.

The price for my purchase doubled in price from check out to being paid from my bank.

This company is not even worth one star. Unbeknown to me I was being charged a "subscription"fee and then a few days later the deducted two amounts which totalled close to £100. You can imagine how horrified I was when this came to my notice. Fortunately it was refunded to me as I had used PayPal in the transaction. They entice you in ..in order for them to take unauthorized payments from your account.

As for the product I am now reading how the product simply does not work...review after review..yet to be tried but the indication are not good. There are many disgruntled customers who are all concluding that this whole thing is a scam and I fully agree with them.

Thanks to the previous people that posted a review, I won't be wasting my money on this product.

I saw the adverts and thought wow but could this be to good to be true? Googled reviews, I've never seen so many bad reviews! I will not be buying, thanks to everyone who posted their reviews it really helps other people.

This product doesn't come close to doing what the commercials show it doing. I returned the product and have all the paperwork to show it arrived at their return address. They have ignored all attempts at communication and I am more doubtful with every passing day that I will ever receive any kind of reimbursement. If you have $30 you want to dispose of, it would be a lot less hassle and aggravation to just flush it down the toilet. I am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and encourage others who have been duped by this company to do likewise.
