Because of my past experience with Dr. Clark, I don't expect anything but the best... This is why I choose to make these purchases. I'm waiting until I purchase all that I need to start my journey again... This time I will NOT get side track.

I have been using dr Clark’s products for my parasite cleanse multiple times and find their natural herbs very potent. I also use many other of their products to aid in my support of my health like their turmeric, Cayenne pepper ,Milk thistle seed and especially the Tape Parakil 7 oil that I find very good in helping with me cleansing my body of toxins and giving support to my overall health.

The absolute WORSE online ordering experience I have EVER encountered!

1st) After placing an order for the zapper & 2x dark cherry tonic to be posted to Australia. Some one in your system decided to create a "two week recurring order of 2x dark cherry tonic" some thing I had NEVER requested.
I had to immediately cancel this incorrect order created by the Dr.Clark store.

2nd) My order that I placed on 4th July 2025 for the zapper & 2x dark cherry tonic was refunded back to my credit card minus over $40- less. This refund was done two weeks after the initial payment was put through.

As an Australia Naturopath of 21 years I have completed years of online purchasing of products, locally & internationally.
I first purchased the zapper in 2005 whilst living in Oslo Norway & there was no problem involved.
It's 2025 & the disaster that I received from the Dr.Clarke store is totally unacceptable. I have a client list in Australia with whom I have always discussed the benefits of read Dr.Hulda Clarks information & purchasing the products.

After this experience & zero help / explanation as why the original order was refund so late, when in reality any health promoting Company that's global would have posted the product out of the warehouse within days of receiving the payment for 'Goods'.

From this experience from the Dr.Clark store I am considered to NEVER recommend to My Clients to deal with the Dr.Clark store & make all the herbals remedies instead. Especially having trained in Western Herbal Medicine Myself

Products are high quality but being a first time customer I've had a terrible customer experience on more than one occasion before even receiving my order. I would purchase again through another retailer over going direct with the company.

The product was delivered promptly and is working fine, thank you.

About 6 months ago 9 ...Jan. 2025 I ordered and paid for a zapper at hulda clark store...i was so excited ...they told me 3 months later it was back ordered until August of 2025 and they cancelled it. But didn't refund my money until i forced it. Then I ordered again and said i can wait until August and would like over 400.00 worth of cleanse nutrients. I paid and waited another
month and still nothing ...so i called and they said they cancelled it due to fraud protection. But they kept my money!!! What in the world is wrong with this
company... ? They are they ones getting away with FRAUD! They apologized but it doesn't fix it. Watch out they will steal your money and forget about sending you anything...with the excuse of protecting from fraud!
