i was enthusiastic to deliver a birthday festive basket & did a lot of research & though why not to try this brand. the picture & description looked good & impressive so i thought lets send it . i paid in $$ being a US client & was happy that my gift will be liked by my receiver but to my shocked it turned out pathetic.
the Balloon was shady, used & old. faded in nature.
Sticks everywhere hanging
not a proper greeting card rather paper one. printed stamp of another brand on the back.
message on the card wasn't printed on card rather placed on another paper n cut & sticked on a stick in a v non professional way
melted shady chocolate one was torn & taped in a way that any 2 year old would know how to be beautiful & creative.
when complained the customer service was rude & said go do market research
this sis the best priced item with high class Quality ...LOL.... don't they know as a client we can access several competitors & find they quality & service and pricing online . we do a thorough research & there were far better options available but choose that they r expensive so their quality should be good. whereas the total package is worth Rs 500 & they charged 3 times from us in $$$$...i just want to make sure by using such service we are only trying to send good stuff in pk as anyone can buy balloon & chocolates n cards easily from market in reasonable pricing but if we trust a business they should be honest to their work. if we pay 35$ or more or any amount n expect garbage that my receiver just trashed & i was embarrassed .... i don't think i need to waste money & respect with services like that.
Not only this the customer service telling us to research here & there & to say this isn't gen ion complain ...seriously... i really don't think they are serious with their work & i guess all reviews are posted by Friends or unknowns who had no verified service. i want to make sure senior managers or relevant people to this service are notified & they take action until its too late. i want to alert all my international clients to invest in gifts & service that actually care for the feeling that is sent across as a gift & respect people's views. Learn what to say to a customer & be polite & listen to their complain rather than saying BS to them. your service needs a lot of training . I've requested for a refund & the customer service said this is what their service is ..... with no refund policy & m,y complain isnt' genioun.....Please review my messages with customer service & get back on this with a better possibility on how to fix things at your end.

Well, I was planning to give my brother a mini surprise on his birthday but as I wasn't in Pakistan so it was kind of difficult for me. I ordered a cake from kitchen cuisine along with a wooden box of chocolates and roses and asked Dr Bake if they can deliver it to Islamabad. I was really impressed by the quality as well as their timely service. I highly recommend drbake.pk.

I am very happy with the service. Very easy ordering process on the website. Support available through whatsapp. My order was received within one day. Very good packaging and presentation. I delivered mangoes and flowers in Islamabad. They were delivered with a card, a nice bamboo basket and fresh mangoes. You should definitely give Dr Bake a try.

I write to you shocked and disappointed after ordering from DrBake.pk for the first time.

The first problem was timing. I was not given the option for choosing time of delivery on the website, after which the person delivering the gift did not inform in advance about the time he would be delivering.

The second, and much worse, was the food quality. I had ordered Tikka Biryani from Student Biryani and flowers. First, can you tell me what Tikka Biryani is? Because the Biryani sent by you had no tikka in it. Second, it wasn't from Student Biryani - the box didn't mention it, it tasted nothing like it. All of this COULD have been forgiven if the Biryani had even tasted good. The Raita was close to expiring and the Biryani was awful.

I live outside of Pakistan and I wanted my mother to have an amazing birthday but Dr. Bake have ruined it.

Now I am receiving the reply that it was a mistake that we have sent from another shop and they will resend it again. Non professional attitude and pathetic service.
