Read review and perhaps think twice.

Had our 2 cars insured with them over 14 years.Retired, domestic use,garaged,clean licence max NCD. 4000miles pa,average.
Renewal quoted by Drayton for my car with LV, £1250. When i rang to discuss,put the phone down after 15 minutes waiting for phone to be answered!
Eventually made contact, they offered to reduce it by £150. They had recently amalgamate or something similar. Now, a very inferior company.
I went on line and bought the same LV policy for £750!!!!!! What a pity and what a waste of business from me and other previously loyal customers.

Requested a quote for house and contents insurance

Requested a quote for house and buildings insurance a week before expiry. Was promised a callback but this didn't happen, don't know if they were all wfh but clearly disinterested. Thank you for your lack of response - due to time constraints, I have now been lumbered with a 40% increase from my original insurer! Don't waste your time with these people.
